Dear sir/madam,

I would like to apply for a Schengen visa upon my intention to travel to Denmark from 10th to
25th January 2020 .The main purpose of my travel is to participate and celebrate 16th happy
birthday event of my friend kalpana subedi’s son Mr Prajwal Subedi on 13th of January 2020 in
Denmark.
However, I look very forward to also visit the historic sights throughout Denmark, as well as
experience the unique transportation systems food and learn the culture and way of life of
Denmark.

I am employed at Pokhara City Boring and Construction Pvt. Ltd in Pokhara-5 ,kaski , currently
working in the administrative section . My employer has already approved my vacation from
work for the duration of this trip.

§ Invitation letter from the host( Kalpana Subedi)
§ Vu2 form of invitation from host
§ Copy of host Danish insurance card
§ Copy of the host Resident permit card
§ Copy of host bank balance
§ Copy of host Passport
§ Copy of host 3 month latest salary sheets
I would really appreciate if you kindly grant me a family visit visa. All of my expenses for the
trave & accommodation during my stay in Denmark will be covered by the sponsor (Kalpana
Subedi)
