Application Centre and will be enterained as per the token number assigned.It may take more time depending on the number of Applications submitted at the counter by an individual.

2 Completed and signed application form.

3 Online Payment confirmation receipt.

4 Printout of the checklist for the visa type being applied for.

5 Supporting documents listed in the checklist.

6 The fee amount (If the payment was not done online).

Follow 3 simple steps-

1.Collect token number from the Registration Area ZONE “A”
2.Wait for your turn in the Waiting Area ZONE “B”
3.Proceed to your respective Application Area ZONE “G”

Convenience Fees of INR150 payable for provision of multiple mode of payment at the Visa Application Center through Cash or Card.

Please note if you have paid Visa Fees online by using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking, receiving your refund may take up to 15 working days.If you have not received a

response to your refund request by then, please feel free to write our contact Centre team on below mentioned Email ID. Short Term Application can be submitted only 90 days

prior to the date of departure.
