Purchase Order has to release in the name of Unified Voice Communication Pvt Ltd
only
Installation would be complete within one week from date of receipt of Valid PO
Monthly Charges to be paid in advance
Taxes @ 18% applicable on VoIP minutes
VoIP IP Phone provided at Free lease. In case of disconnection, we return the caution
deposit and you should return the device at good working condition (During the
service period, we are responsible for the services / replace the device if its not
working)
Termination request: Min 7 days before the due date with prompt disconnection
request mail
