PRANAYOG HEALING (Astric study)

Prana is the vital energy that keeps us alive and healthy, and is available in
abundance. It is also called Ki, Chi, Ruh.
Yog means to unite, to join, to add (+).
In learning, Pranayog Healing is a Science; in practice, it is an Art i.e. it
requires adequate practice.

PRANA (The Real Medicine)

1. Surya Prana (Sun /Solar energy): Nature has given two kinds of life to animals
and plants – day-life and nocturnal-life. Surya Prana is available to all living
things from sunrise to sunset. Those who do not rise early miss the golden
energy given by the rays of the sun. The rising time depends on one’s sleeping
time. Sleeping time too has a very important role to play. One should go to bed
latest by 10 pm. This is because from 11 pm to 3.30 am the pineal gland gives
instructions to the hormonal glands to repair the body (melotonin). The first rule
of healing is a sound sleep of 6-7 hours. Remember that sleep is not only resting
time but also healing time. During the day, meditation and healing practice
should be done early in the morning or just before sleeping. These practices
should be avoided during the hottest part of the day since the UV index rises
during afternoon.

2. Vayu Prana (Air energy): The earth is surrounded by gases and photons for 30
kms. all around. There is a constant exchange of gases between animals and
plants. Plants are the lungs of the planet but the modern cities are devoid of
them. Living in a city and earning only to be treated in a big hospital is not the
right approach to an intelligent life. Vayu Prana is received through two
systems: a. Respiration and b. Chakras (vortices, whirlpools, energy centres).
Along with the lungs, chakras too control the health of the internal organs.
Energy filled particles that shine in the atmosphere are photons. We inhale these
photons along with air. We too photosynthesize. But these photons do not turn
us green but are taken in as food by the chakras. From sunrise to about 2 hours
after sunset this energy is available to us.

3. Bhoo Prana (Earth energy): Here we need to study about the core of the earth
which is an electro-magnetic field that can heal the bones and the skeleton.
Today most of us are living over drains, garbage and atomic dump. It is

1
important for health conscious people to live on ground floor over clean land to
be able to receive Bhoo Prana.

4. Bhojan Prana (Food energy): Bhojan Prana is a product of Surya, Vayu, and
Bhoo pranas. It is necessary to avoid processed food and beverages. Follow
Ayurveda guidelines for food intake. (Refer books by healer Hardesh Sood).

5. Jal Prana (Water energy)

Jal Prana and Bhojan Prana have the energy of the other three pranas.

None of these energies is man-made. All modern appliances are run by one or
more of these five energies i.e. solar, hydro, electric, magnetic, bio etc. Pranas
are not invisible, one can see all five of them.

Five bodies attainable by human beings

a. Annamaya Kosh – Physical – Food

b. Manomaya Kosh –Mind - Impressions
c. Pranamaya Kosh – Aura – Energy (Electromagnetic)
d. Vijnanmaya Kosh – Higher Consciousness – Meditation
e. Anandamaya Kosh - Unconditional Bliss

Aura (Energy Body, Abha Mandal)

The Indian spiritual science believes that we have two bodies – physical and
astral (aura). The aura can be seen by clairvoyants. It is a halo around our
complete body. The Jews call it Hila; in Sanskrit it is called the Pranamaya
Kosh, and science calls it Bio-Plasmic Body. Signs of all diseases can be seen in
the aura. In 1929 the aura was photographed by Kirlian. Now it is known as
GVD Aura photography.

The aura can be divided into three parts:

Inner Aura,
Health Aura, and
Outer Aura

Inner aura for a normal healthy person is up to a distance of 10.5 to 12 cm from

the periphery of the body. In case of sickness the inner aura may shrink. In
meditators the inner aura can grow very large. It is said that the Jesus had one
2
km wide aura. When the aura leaves the body, it dies. In common language we
say that the soul has left the body. The aura is also called the etheric double.
Gods and Goddesses are commonly shown with extra heads and hands. This is
an auric representation depicting that body parts have replicas in these layers. In
healing we work mainly on the inner aura.

Health aura is till about 1-2 feet from the body. This aura consists of health rays
which are perpendicular to the body all around it. They prevent harmful micro-
organisms from entering the body.

Outer aura is till about 1-2 meters of the body. It is in the shape of an inverted
egg. It surrounds both the other auras.

We know that in the physical body we have nine systems running the body.
Similarly in the inner aura body there are two systems – Chakras and Naadis.
Chakras are energy centres and Naadis are energy channels. These two systems
control all the nine systems of the physical body. Naadis are 72,000 hollow
tubes in a spider-web like arrangement. Chakras are like wheels or vortices.
When a chakra moves clockwise it inhales Surya Prana and when it turns anti-
clockwise it exhales the residue. Each Chakra has a mouth, a neck and a root.
The way nostrils take in air, a chakra takes in light. All the chakras need to be
aligned along the periphery of the inner aura. If the chakra rises outside the
inner aura layer it is considered as congested, and if it is lesser than the aura it is
called depleted. Both of these conditions are symptoms of diseases. If the
chakras and the aura are not treated the organs finally start malfunctioning.
Long before a chronic problem surfaces, the chakras become congested or
depleted.

Reasons for the Chakras becoming congested or depleted:

1. Inheritance – This is the appearance of genetic deformity. It can be either
physical or mental or both, and can run through generations.
2. Karma – Can karma be corrected? Yes, through meditation.
3. Food that we eat – for example red meat, which is extremely dangerous for
humans, can affect the health of the chakras.
4. Interaction with people and usage of media - This is a common acquired factor.
Who are you living with? Who are you interacting with? The worst acquired
factor is news. It is advisable not to watch any news channel, especially before
sleeping.
5. Pollution – Food, Water, Air and Sound pollutions affect the chakras.

3
Chakras are of three types: Major (11), Minor (12) and Mini.
Major chakras have a mouth that is 10.5 to 12 cms wide. They are related to the
vital organs from brain to coccyx.
The minor chakras have a mouth that is 2.5 to 5 cms and are related to less vital
organs.
The mini chakras have a mouth that is 1-2 cms wide and are related to the least
vital organs.

Aura and Chakra Scanning

Eight steps of aura and chakra scanning for the application of the above theory
(Bio-Plasmic).

1. Disposal unit – This consists of a basin at the centre of which is placed a bowl
containing large quantity of salt resting in water. This unit is placed between the
healer and the receiver. This unit can be used either for three days or 10
patients, whichever is earlier. The contents of the unit should be disposed of in
the toilet.

2. Isopropyl Alcohol (Surgical spirit) – Put a few drops on the palm of the hand.
Clean both hands thoroughly and rub them till warm. Do not use soap or any
other cleaning agent. Cold hands do not give accurate readings.

3. Sandalwood oil (pure) – Take one drop on your palm and rub well with both
hands.

4. Sandalwood healing incense (Cycle brand or any other natural incense) - Light
two sticks - Join the thumbs together and cup the hands, and move the palms,
facing down, over the sticks, anti-clockwise (this is the movement for
cleansing), along with this prayer repeated thrice - ‘Beings of Light, please
purify my hands from any kind of stale energy or sick energy.’ Or ‘I thank the
Beings of Light for purifying my hand chakras from any kind of stale energy or
sick energy.’ Now flick the hands towards the disposal unit. Do not smell your
hands. Move the incense to a distance. You can cleanse the room with the
incense before healing. Sandalwood spray can also be used (only natural). In
case of unavailability of sandalwood oil /incense/spray, lavender products may
be used. To purify your house daily light two incense sticks and move them
anti-clockwise around the house. During pooja aarti move the light first ACW
and then CW and repeat.

4
5. Place the hands, open upwards, on your knees. Do not press upper arms to the
arm pits to avoid energy block. Touch the tip of your tongue to the gum just
behind the incisors. Silently pray ‘O Mother Nature, I wish/ will to make my
hands sensitive.’ This prayer should be repeated thrice or more.
6. Bring both your hands in front of your heart chakra. Move them apart for about
a foot and then bring them close, repeat, as if you have an invisible soft ball in
your hands. You could beat this energy ball on all sides to bring the energy
between the hands. This opens the psychic faculty and is referred to as Self-
Initiation. Continue doing this till the hands feel the energy sensation.

7. Now make the receiver (self, if healing yourself) receptive i.e. by asking
her/him to take the posture of receiving by sitting straight in the chair or lying in
shav-asan, touching the tip of the tongue to the back of the gum (Khechri
mudra), thumb and index finger touching (Chit mudra) (if the person has any
ache or pain, then Vayu mudra). Prayer for the receiver, ‘O Mother Nature, I
will/wish to receive your healing energy through my healer.’ To be repeated
three times. Prayer if working on yourself, ‘O Mother Nature, I will/wish to
receive your healing energy through me.’

8. Scanning – This is sensing the dimension of the aura and the condition of the
chakras to know which chakras and organs require healing. Before starting the
scan seek permission of the receiver. Always scan with Shakti mudra. Before
scanning each chakra say ‘I am scanning the mouth of …. Chakra’. Always take
three readings of the aura and each chakra. After every reading flick the hand
towards the disposal unit.

Always practice it as a profession so that the sincerity is consistent. This process

also heals the healer alongside. Scan the minor chakras with two fingers – Index
and middle. Scan a peepal tree to feel a large aura.

While scanning:
a. Compare the reading of the person’s inner aura with the distance of the mouth
of the chakra you have scanned.
b. Scan the distance of the mouth of each chakra at least three times.
c. After each reading flick the hand towards the disposal unit.
d. If you feel heaviness, itching, pain or bubbling in your hand, the chakra is
extremely congested. Wash your hands with alcohol immediately and move
them over sandalwood incense ACW.
e. When you scan a person for the first time, do not worry about his /her response
because in most cases this may be due to blockages in the naadis. Your own
sensing/feeling of the chakra/aura is more important.
5
f. Do not disclose the ailments to the person after the first scan.

After the diagnosis/scanning comes the purification of the aura and the chakras.
The purification should be done only after an aura shower of the healer and the
one being healed.

Steps of Healing
1. Aura Shower - General sweeping of 72,000 naadis – This process has been
simplified by cleaning 10 vertical naadies (5 in front and 5 at the back).
Visualise the body of the receiver to be two feet wide (body-brief). The vertical
centre is called F1/B1 indicating front and back vertical centres. From F1/B1
move the hands slightly away. Now both hands are in the position of F2/B2 on
either side, and so on till F5/B5. This cleaning helps chronic ailments i.e.
ailments lasting beyond six months, for example, heart, b.p., arthritis,
osteoarthritis, glaucoma, fibroid, chronic constipation, brain strokes, epilepsy,
cancer etc.
a. Cupped-hands cleaning – Cup both the hands, palms facing the receiver, and
with a brisk movement sweep both hands vertically downwards with the words
‘I am cleaning F1 with cupped hands’. Flick the hands towards the salt bowl
placed on the ground between you and the receiver.
b. Combed-hands cleaning – cup both the hands and open the fingers to form a
comb. With palms facing the receiver, sweep both combed hands downwards
with the words ‘I am cleaning F1 with combed-hands’. Flick the hands towards
the salt bowl between you and the receiver.
Repeat the above processes for F2, F3, F4, F5, then visualise the back of the
receiver without the receiver changing position and continue the above
processes for B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 (this means that the cleaning of the back is
done in the same position as front, but by visualising the back).
Make sure of cleaning and combing successively for each vertical section (this
means do not complete cleaning of all first and then comb all). In chronic
ailments give two to three rounds to every sweep.

2. Chakra cleaning – Sit straight in the chair with upper arms slightly outwards
from the sides to avoid blocking the energy. Breathe through the left hand and
move the energy towards the shoulder, across the heart chakra, towards the right
hand with full consciousness. One round of cleaning consists of nine anti-
clockwise movements of the healer’s half-cupped right hand. The congested

6
chakras need at least six repetitions of cleaning (can be multiples of 6
depending upon the congestion). The depleted chakras need less cleaning i.e.
only one or two rounds. Flick the hand towards the salt bowl after each round.

3. Organ cleaning (includes spinal cleaning in case of spine issues) – Always

clean the organs after cleaning the chakras of the receiver. Study human
anatomy well for the exact location of organs in the body etc.

4. Minor chakras cleaning

5. Energising – Basic healing uses the White-Prana (Sun energy) for energising.
Lift your left hand to receive the energy and pray to Mother Nature to bless you
with her energy. When you sense that the energy has started filling your hand
pass it through heart chakra to your right hand for projection. Make sure that the
upper arms do not block the energy in the arm-pits. Project the energy by
moving the right hand in clockwise direction. Make small circles not large.
Project to the concerned chakras except Meing-Mein and Front Heart Chakra
(Energise the Back Heart Chakra, if required, BUT NOT the Meing-Mein and
the Front Heart Chakra).
For congested chakras and related organs project less, may be 30 seconds; for
depleted chakras and related organs project more, may be 1 - 3 mins. DO NOT
energise the Naval, Sex, and Basic Chakras of pregnant women. At the time of
delivery, if there is no other complication anatomically, give distant cleaning to
these three chakras for painless delivery. (Energising?).

6. Stabilisation – Hold your hand steady and push it forward with the command
‘stabilise, stabilise, stabilise’.

7. Releasing (Cutting Off) – Bring your left hand close to the right hand and cut
the connection with a mental command ‘cut, cut, cut’. This releases the
connection of the energy code between you and the receiver.

8. Expression of Gratitude
i. Receiver - ‘Thanks to Mother Nature for healing me mentally, emotionally
and physically’. The receiver can mention his/her problems. You can speak for
the receiver and the receiver can repeat the same mentally, three times or more.
ii. Healer - ‘Thanks to Mother Nature for making me an instrument for
healing…. (receiver’s name) mentally, emotionally and physically’ - thrice.

Function of Purification:

7
a. Removes blockages from 72,000 naadis.
b. Brings congested chakras to normal.
c. Brings depleted chakras to normal.
d. Removes stale energy (pain, inflammation, itching, heaviness, etc.)
e. Makes health rays perpendicular to the body thus preventing harmful micro-
organisms and bad energy from entering; and strengthens the immune system.
f. Seals the holes in the outer aura (the inverted egg-shaped structure).

Chakra Meditation (Sadhana – Dhyan - Tapsya)

The mind has four kind of emotions:

1. Higher emotions (Ananda) – Inheritance + my response to the world
2. Negative emotions (Anger, Irritation, Annoyance, Feeling hurt, Hurting others,
Jealousy, Cruelty, Arrogance, Ego)
3. Lower emotions (Sadness, Sorrow, Grief, Depressive thinking)
4. Stupid emotions (senseless emotions) e.g. Wishing things like ‘I wish I could
fly’, poor jokes, senseless movies, tasks taken to pass time etc.

2, 3 and 4 block the solar plexus and misalign the chakras and the aura.

Sadhana – Bring perfection for transformation

Dhyan – Attention – Taking oneself inside
Tapasya – Tapa – tempering – constant flogging – karma without expectation
Discipline yourself towards very-very regular sittings every day.

Techniques of Chakra Meditation – For the healer and receiver, to be done

individually (can it be done by them together?)

1. Adhishthan – (Posture, time and duration). If possible sit under a Peepal or

Bargad tree. Try sitting for 15 mins to 1 hour initially. Do not change your
posture, do not move at all. This can be done before or at sun rise, at sun set,
and/or before sleeping. If done before sleeping, it helps to shut your mind and
allows the body to heal. It can be done in shav-asan also. Do not meditate under
hot sun. No exercise should be done under hot sun since UV rays spoil the
chakras. Repeat the meditation at the same time and for a set duration.

2. Pratyahaar (Detachment (Viyog?)) - This is a mantra for positive affirmation –

‘Now I detach myself from all worldly affairs, all my worldly relations, and all

8
the problems of my mind and body’ Keeping the mind equanimous (Samta),
repeat this mantra three times or more.
Another Mantra for detachment – ‘Now I go beyond my Annamaya kosh,
Manomaya Kosh, Pranamaya kosh, Vijnanmaya kosh and Anandamaya kosh’.

3. Connecting Mantra – ‘O Mother Nature, I humbly invoke your divine blessings,

divine guidance, divine unconditional love and compassion, unconditional
happiness - inner and eternal; divine courage and divine protection.’ Do this
prayer in moorchha pranayama.

4. Dhaarna (Focus) – ‘Now I turn my focus on me’. Focus mainly on your Solar
Plexus and Naval chakra. This should be done for 5-10 mins out of 1 hour of
meditation. Remember that the mudras are important for cleaning and healing.

5. Chakra Breathing – Controlled deep abdominal breathing. By controlling your

breathing, you can control your thoughts too. This is a transformational
technique. This is a cyclic method of ……. First exhale and take the belly
(Navel) in. One needs to become empty both at physical and mental level.
Inhale quickly and deeply to a fast count of 6. The breath has to reach 75
thousand billion cells in the body. The diaphragm gives the message to the
visceral organs, charging the chakras there. Hold the breath to the regular count
of 3. This is called retention. Now exhale slowly to a slow count of 6. Again
hold for 3 regular counts. One cycle should take approximately 15 seconds.
Relax after each cycle for 30-45 seconds. Minimum cycles – 10, maximum –
20.

6. Chakra Bhedan on 23 Chakras – In one hour coordinate thinking, natural

breathing and visualisation. This cleanses and energises the chakras
automatically. Observe and cleanse through thinking.

7. Looking for Sensation (Vipassana) – Look for sensation from head to feet. The
body becomes light with the free flow of Prana. Mentally you can even sweep
and comb the Aura?

Bhoo Prana Meditation

Always leave the shoes outside the house. Inside the house you can use socks,
home slippers or can be barefoot on the floor or on the carpet.
The foot inhales and exhales Bhoo Prana.

9
Don’t practice this meditation on a floor under which sanitary (sewer) pipes are
running or garbage has been dumped.
You can do this meditation on a rock, green grass where people do not walk
with shoes, or on a beach.

For two minutes press your thumb in the centre of the sole of the feet – Right
thumb for the left foot and left thumb for right foot.
Stand on clear ground with arms hanging loose.
Do CDAB 6-3-6-3, 2-3 times.
Start oscillating your body to the right and left.
Start visualising the entering of Surya Prana from the Crown Chakra and
passing downwards.
When you reach the sole chakra (where you had pressed with the thumb)
mentally say ‘I am inserting my roots about 10 meters down’.
Then try to lift any one foot. If you can’t then the connection is good. Then
stand still. From 10 meter underground approximately – inhale Bhoo Prana and
mentally hold it at the Basic Chakra. Do not take it up. Then exhale from the
mouth with the tongue touching the base of the mouth behind the lower teeth.
Then take your consciousness 1 meter further down (i.e. 11 meter). Again try
lifting one foot. If it does’nt rise, continue with exhaling as above.
After three rounds you will reach 13 meters.
Repeat the same for Sex chakra. Hold the inhalation at the Sex chakra.
After the above 6 rounds are over, oscillate your body again.

Now do reverse visualization.

Come to the Crown chakra, look high in the sky mentally…. (incomplete)
Read the story of Angad and Ghatotkach.

Ques: How many sessions are required to heal?

Answer: The cure depends upon the following factors:

1. Age – Younger people need fewer sessions and children need least sessions.

2. Severity of the problem – This includes the period since when the person has
been suffering with a problem, and the intensity of the ailment. The healing can
be given daily or on alternate days. If the person has been on prolonged
medication, the number of sessions will increase due to the effect of chemicals
lying in the body. If the person is terminally ill, do not give false assurance. Tell
them that I can try, if nothing else I can help you towards a painless death. Life
can be prolonged and a painless/ peaceful death can be helped with. NEVER
CLAIM ANYTHING IMPRACTICAL.

10
3. Receptivity of the receiver, continuity and consistency of the sessions.

4. Proficiency of the healer – honesty, sensitivity, continuity and consistency.

Healer should spare the right amount of time and heal himself/herself also every
day.

5. The healer should practice the techniques and chakra meditation every day,
making it a part of one’s lifestyle.

6. Request the receiver to start curtailing and if possible, avoiding allopathic

medicines. He/she could start alternate (natural) remedies. Completely avoid
refined wheat flour and refined oils and substitute them with whole grain atta
and daliya, and mustard/sesame/coconut/virgin olive oil. Cow’s ghee is
extremely beneficial due to the yellow pigment present in it. Increase the intake
of fruits and vegetables, especially those that are yellow in colour, and of
different types of herbal teas including Amla, Tulsi, Lemon Grass, Haldi etc.
Thin people should avoid lemon but can have honey. Heavy people should take
lemon and honey. For cholesterol and B.P. it is advisable to take two cloves of
garlic (can add A.C.V.?)

7. Learn Yoga and Chi Qung.

8. Fasting – Fast at least once a week. Drink herbal water and tea and have plenty
of fruits. One can try orange fasting for detoxifying the body.

9. Prayer, devotion and assimilation.

Ques: Why can’t some people be healed?

Answer: Karma
i.e.
1. Heavy load on the Solar Plexus due to dishonesty, lying etc.
2. Extreme mental trauma caused by someone.
3. Caused extreme mental trauma to someone.
4. Tobacco.
5. Red Meat, pork.

Ques: How to neutralise the karma of a receiver?

11
Answer:
1. Receiver to take the right resolution (Sankalp) to quit the above 1-5. (The
healer’s resolution – whoever comes to me, I will heal.)
2. Law of Mercy
a. Stop eating non-vegetarian food, at least the mammals, to begin with.
b. Stop hurting people, even judging. Words are injurious to health. Do not
generalize your judgment to a family, group, society, culture, state, country,
race etc. Each individual has merits and demerits. Tell the receiver not to do the
above.
3. Law of forgiveness
a. Sick people do not forgive those who have caused pain in their life. Tell them to
make a mental list of those (one person, one face at a time) who have hurt them
and keeping this in mind they should touch the Crown and Heart Chakra. Then
they visualise the face of the one who has hurt them. Mentally they say ‘I
forgive you’, ‘I forgive you’, ‘I forgive you’. They should keep both hands in
blessing position, this strengthens the Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus.
b. Ask for Forgiveness – Recall the person whom you have hurt in the past. Say
mentally ‘Please forgive me for hurting you’ thrice. Keep hands in receiving
position/folded hands.
4. Donation - The receiver should contribute 2% of their income for charity -
money, goods and services. This improves the Solar Plexus and Heart Chakra.
{The healer too should do charity by healing without fee and if possible help in
cash or kind (punya paarmi)}

Miscellaneous notes received in-between and at the end of the course

Distant Healing

1. You can (as of now) heal one person at a time distantly.

2. Never give healing to strange people. A stranger should first take physical
presence healing before distant healing.
3. Guide the receiver how to sit. Hands on the knees, palms facing upwards +
Khechri Mudra.
4. Distant scanning – Ask your hands to scan the vision of the receiver in front of
you. Scan the aura and chakras or particular chakra. If the hand feels fine
tingling, smooth, silky feeling – it is normal. If the hand feels bouncing, painful,
pricky - the chakra is congested. If the hand gets sucked - it is depleted. Follow
all the steps of healing.
For arthritis ask receiver to sit in Vayu Mudra
Similarly for other problems should sit in the mudra suitable to heal the
respective problem.

12
*
For Infants with Colic pain - Clean front and back Solar Plexus, Liver, Gall
Bladder and Navel. Energise very less - may be 5 seconds only.

*
Kundalini Shakti (Perineum) - Coming down from Solar Plexus, clean and
energise the Sex chakra, Basic Chakra, Kundalini Point/ Perineum. Be sure to
energise each.

Clean throat chakra 3-4 times a day for sore throat. Also clean sex and basic
chakra for throat (The link between lower and higher creativity).
For sex chakra use Ashwini Mudra (Mool Bandha 5-10 rounds) for extremely
sexual people. This helps the crown chakra.
For cervical pain, breathe into, clean and energise back-head minor chakra.
Check out Agnisar kriya for strengthening the navel chakra. Do this before
meals.
Sit in Vajra Asan after meals.

You can add Ratanjot in ghee for chapatis, rice, gravys and dals.

Mon, Wed, Fri, get up early to do the morning cleaning to receive divine
healing.

Very Important
Make an Ayurvedic steam-bath chamber.
Massage body with mustard oil. Add 1” Ratanjot in 1 litre oil.
Drink lukewarm water.
Sit in the chamber for 15 mins.

Wear the colour of the weak chakra e.g. Head & throat – Light blue, Light
green; Ajna – Purple/light green.
Paint the walls in the colour of crown chakra.

13
Eat food & drink beverages of the colour of the weak chakra.
Always energise drinking water and then keep it in the morning sun & then
stabilize.

Check the 11 Major chakra chart to understand the basic chakra physically and
mentally.

Always charge for your healing. This dakshina is very important for receptivity.
The payment is psychologically important for the receiver and helps the healer
in sustenance. Charge reasonable fee for a session of 1 hour.
In India – 2100/- Rs
Europe – 50-60 Euro
Australia – 100 $
Israel – 500 Shekels

Psychic-Surgery – Five days – 24000/- Rs

A healer should also have a charity pocket. Give free sessions to those who
cannot afford paying for the healing. Never refuse healing to anyone.

Lag Time in Healing – This is the time between the healing of the energy body
and the healing of the physical body.

The Healing Room – No one should enter this room with shoes. Place healing
crystals, idols/ statues of metal in the room. This can include the symbols of
OM etc. Light two sandalwood/lavender incense sticks and move them anti-
clockwise around the room with the cleansing prayer. Then place them in the
room.
