Dear Vijay,
Further to our meeting and visiting your premises on December 24th, 2019, we have put together a scope of work for the captioned matter. We look
forward to engaging with you on this matter. Should you have any queries, feel welcome to direct the same to the undersigned.

1. Scope of work:

General Requirement
1. Site visit and regular meetings Ather Energy’s manufacturing plant required monitoring to get in
compliant of all legal and risk issues and it calls for regular meeting
with concerned officials of the company time to time.
2. Risk Assessment To assess the risk in case of compliance/non-compliance and to
make sure minimum risk factor.
Environmental and Safety Compliance – Legal requirement
3. Air emissions: Could the project generate emissions from combustion, dust,
greenhouse gases, or chemical gases?

4. Chemical Use and Storage Will the project require the use of chemicals, fuel, oils, coolants,
cleaners, or solvents?
5. Soil and Groundwater Contamination: Could project activities impact soil and/or groundwater in any way?

6. Discharge to Wastewater Systems: Could the project discharge any material to the sanitary sewer?

7. Surface and Waste water Contamination: Could material from the project contaminate waste water or be
discharged to the storm drain system?
8. Hazardous Waste - Identification and Listing Is there any listed hazardous waste after production in the
manufacturing unit?
9. Mixed-Waste Generation, Management, Storage, What are processes of the Waste Management?
Transportation and Disposal

10. Use, Reuse, and Recycling: Are any project activities designed to minimize generation of waste
through reuse, recycling, and environmentally preferable
purchasing, such as purchasing recycled-content materials?
11. Conservation of Resources Are any project activities designed or expected/intended to conserve
natural resources such as water, energy, fuel, etc.?
12. Construction, Renovation, and Demolition By-Products: Will any project activities generate construction debris or soil
stockpiles by clearing or excavation, or asbestos-containing
materials?
13. Industrial and Hazardous Waste Generation, Will any unused or spent chemicals, fuel, oils, solvents, PCBs,
Management, Storage, Transport and Disposal
asbestos, or other hazmat require handling as waste?
14. Noise Could the project generate noise that would impact personnel or
natural structures?

15. Maintaining of green environment Whether the unit require to maintain plantation/greenery?

Qualifications to the Professional Fees:
• All statutory and government fees shall be computed on actuals.
• Court/Administrative fee shall be charged separately.
• All other miscellaneous expenses shall be exclusive of the Professional Fees.

Methodology:

Once approved, we will be liaising with your team for process & documents requirement in order to initiate the services as mentioned
above. We are looking forward to develop a long term relationship.
