WHO IS GLOBAL NARCO-TERRORIST DAWOOD IBRAHIM?

Notorious drug-smuggler and Islamic terrorist mastermind, Dawood Ibrahim, has pledged
US $1 billion of his drug money in funding anti-India and anti-Myanmar groups and parties
with the agenda of ‘the destruction of’ those ‘kafir’ [infidel] nations.

Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar, originally from Dongri in Mumbai, India, is a criminal mobster, drug
lord, and Islamic terrorist mastermind, active in Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the
Maldives, and Rakhine State of Myanmar. He heads the notorious organised crime syndicate
D-Company which he founded in the 1970s. The syndicate has consistently aimed to
destabilize the Indian government through riots, terrorism and civil disobedience, and now, in
the same manner, targets Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.

Dawood is wanted on the charges of murder, extortion, targeted killing, drug trafficking,
terrorism and various other charges. He was designated as a global terrorist in 2003 by India
and the United States, and there is an outstanding reward of US$25 million for his capture,
for the leading role he played in the 1993 Bombay [now Mumbai] terrorist bombings - the
most destructive bomb explosions in Indian history - the 2008 siege and slaughter at the Taj
Mahal Hotel in Mumbai and numerous other terrorist attacks. In 2011, he was named number
3 on The World's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives by the FBI, and other agencies.

He is wanted by
law enforcement
agencies of
many countries,
and after living
in hiding in Sri
Lanka,
Afghanistan,
and Pakistan, he
is believed to be
living in and
operating from
Dubai.

DRUG MONEY FUELS TERRORISM

Dawood Ibrahim has decided to use 15 percent of his earnings from the illegal drug trade
towards the goal of destroying India and Myanmar, and has been using Sri Lanka, Maldives,
and Rakhine State as his newest fronts of his continuing narco-trade.

On December 31, 2018 a historic volume of narcotic worth

over US $15 million was seized from Dehiwala suburb in
Sri Lanka by law enforcement agencies. Authorities said
the consignment originated from Pakistan.

Two Bangladeshis were netted by the police with 3 kilos of

heroin at a house at Templers Road, Mt Lavinia, Sri Lanka.
The consignment of heroin was wrapped in cake boxes.
The Bangladeshis were waiting to meet the Sri Lankan
dealer when the police netted them on a tipoff. They had keys to an apartment at 56 A,
Kawdana Road, Attidiya. Upon searching the apartment the police discovered it was not just
a heroin hideaway but a major distribution center. According to the Asian Tribune news
portal, the heroin was linked to the well-known global narco-terrorist Dawood Ibrahim, who
looms over the drug trade in Sri Lanka. Dawood is known to have links to the Taliban, Al-
Qaeda, Lashkar-e-Taiba (L-e-T), the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA), and other
Islamic jihadist organizations.

DAWOOD IBRAHIM PLEDGES US $1 BILLION

According to an international security agency, in November 2018, one of Dawood’s trusted

aides named Ismail met four Bangladeshis in Dubai, where the D-Company man notified the
Bangladeshi men of Dawood Ibrahim’s willingness of pledging US $1 billion towards the
“destruction of India and Myanmar” as part of his “divine obligation” of taking revenge upon
the [perceived] “genocide of Muslims” in those two countries.

Later, one of the Bangladeshi men suggested that Ismail allocate a part of Dawood’s budget
for Jamaat-e-Islami and Hefazat-e-Islam, so that these groups can “effectively expedite”
activities in contributing to defeating “pro-India forces” in Bangladesh. Subsequently,
intelligence agencies observed that a long-distance call was made to connect Ismail with a
Bangladeshi national and newspaper editor residing in Malaysia. On January 2, 2019, a
second round of telephone conversations took place between Ismail and the Bangladeshi
editor in Malaysia to notify the approval of the required funds. It was also learnt, since
December 2018, that Dawood Ibrahim’s representatives along with Bangkok-based
‘Rohingya’ ARSA representatives were negotiating a large purchase of arms and explosives
with an Iranian national. At the request of Thai and other counter terrorist agencies the ARSA
representatives are not named as they close in on the culprits. According to sources, this
consignment of arms and explosives is destined to end up in the hands of terror outfits in
Kashmir, India, as well as in the hands of the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) along
the border of Bangladesh and Rakhine State, Myanmar.

THE DRUG TRADE

In Rakhine State, Myanmar, funds for ARSA have come from the production of yaba pills /
methamphetamines, manufactured largely in Wa State, on the remote eastern side of
Myanmar, and sold to Islamic gangs inside Bangladesh.

Since August 2018, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has taken control of production and sale of Yaba
pills in Myanmar and is selling these narcotics through a network of drug dealers inside
Bangladesh.The drug smugglers are largely the Bengali Muslims (‘Rohingya’) mostly working
for ARSA.

According to information, although the illegal trade of Yaba was earlier controlled by leaders
of ruling Awami League on Bangladesh, the control of this trade gradually now is going into
the grips of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) cadres as well as members of other jihadist outfits in
Bangladesh, who are all under the umbrella of Dawood Ibrahim and D-Company.

Each month, Yaba pills worth US$ 20-25 million are smuggled inside Bangladesh mainly
through the Bangladesh-Myanmar border. Members of Jamaat-e-Islami are handling such
huge trade by establishing secret distribution centers within Chittagong division while ARSA
men are coordinating the smuggling from Myanmar.

THE ‘GOLDEN HORSESHOE CALIPHATE’

The ‘Golden Horseshoe Caliphate' spans from the western side of Indonesia to include
Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka, all connected by
land and water through the Andaman Sea, Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean. Additional
countries on the eastern side, including Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, have not yet been
infiltrated by Islamic jihadis at the same levels. The vast majority of Muslims in the Golden
Horseshoe Caliphate are Sunnis, having learned about and accepted Islam through trade,
trickery, and conquest, while the other predominant religions are Hinduism and Theravada
Buddhism, both of which are the more widespread ancient religions of the region, and whose
core teachings reflect peace and tolerance by any interpretation. Also, there are smaller
populations of Christians, and localized ethnic religions in the region.

THE 786 MOVEMENT AND DOOMSDAY PROPHECY
Another chilling aspect of the Golden Horseshoe Caliphate is the 786 movement, which is a
doomsday prophecy, signaling the complete global Islamic takeover in simple calculation:
7+8+6=21. The endgame here is total Islamic conquest of the world by the end of the 21st
century, hence the sum of 21. This sounds like something from a conspiracy junkie, but many
people from these areas will recognize 786 as a sign of the end of times, or Armageddon, with
the rise of the global Caliphate. Indeed, reports emerge of 786 in Sri Lanka from around the
mid-1980s and in Myanmar from the 1990s; the number was commonly displayed in shop
windows and on Muslim food items, including products imported from the Middle East and
other parts of Asia, as a symbol for supporting Muslim businesses and the jihadist cause. The
786 movement has gone underground in Myanmar after a great public backlash, namely the
969 counter-movement; citizens started to become upset at the blatant jihadist signs
threatening their impending enslavement, similar to watching the moving hands on the
Doomsday Clock. Evidence of the 786 movement can still be found in graffiti on walls in
Yangon and Rakhine State, and in subliminal messages from ARSA jihadist recruitment videos.
The intent of the sinister 786 movement is very clear and is very real.

EXPOSING THE NARCO-TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS
As these elaborate international crime syndicates are exposed, a detailed understanding of
the networks begins to emerge, with the financial and Islamist links tracing back to the same
places: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and Pakistan. From these places they direct those who
are masterminding terror in the region of the ‘Golden Horseshoe Caliphate’, funded by the
drug trade of powerful Islamic gangs linked to the global narco-terrorists such as Dawood
Ibrahim and his D-Company syndicate. The overall short-term political objective is to create
conflict and instability in these regions, as in Myanmar and Sri Lanka, and the long-term goal
is to completely destroy the ‘idol-worshipping’ infidel Buddhist cultures of Myanmar and Sri
Lanka (also, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos), and eventually destroy the ‘idol-
worshipping’ infidel Hindu culture of India.

ONGOING JIHAD
For Buddhists and Hindus living in Sri Lanka,
India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia,
Bangladesh, Malaysia and Singapore; they
inherently know that they have been the victims
of Islamic jihad for a long time, and will be
again. The hard evidence here cannot be
disputed, considering landmark events such as
the genocides against Hindus and Buddhists in
Bangladesh, the historical genocides against
non-Muslims in Rakhine State, the ongoing
violence against Buddhists in southern
Thailand, or the constant attacks against
Buddhists, Hindus and non-Muslims
everywhere in the region. The Buddhists and
Hindus living in Myanmar’s Rakhine State,
Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Indonesia are
continually subjected to some of the worst
human rights violations from jihadists and
radical Islamic governments, but, with no
support or even recognition of their plight from
the UN, which is dominated by the countries in
the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC),
who consider religious minorities to be second
class citizens - or worse. There can be no doubt
of the rise of Islamic jihad activity in the Golden
Horseshoe Caliphate, as evidenced by the
constant barrage of terror-related attacks and
human rights abuses in these countries, against
Buddhists and Hindus, and all other non-
Muslims.

THE WAR ON DRUGS = THE WAR ON TERROR

The war on drugs in Asia can be viewed as synonymous to

the war on terror. In Rakhine State, a special task force called
Operation Mayu was formed in February 2017, to eliminate
the funding of ARSA that resulted in some major yaba
seizures. For Sri Lanka, some recent progress was made
during a state visit to the Philippines, January 15-19, 2019,
when President Sirisena met with President Duterte to discuss
direct collaboration in the war on drugs, praising Duterte’s
drug war as “an example to the world.” President Duterte is
held in great esteem for his successful war on drugs in Asia,
despite the failure of Western governments and activists to
stop this drug war based on protecting the human rights of
Islamic terrorists and drug traffickers.

CONSEQUENCES

When Islamic crime syndicates, masterminded from the Middle East, are conspiring with
international jihadists, such as the Taliban and the Islamic State, to overthrow entire
governments and destabilize countries for regional control through the Golden Horseshoe
Caliphate, then the war on drugs becomes a critical issue of international security. With each
passing day, the hands of the Doomsday Clock edge closer to the 786 endgame on the
South-Southeast Asian front, with the emerging Golden Horseshoe Caliphate of the Islamic
State.
