Tell me about yourself?

I am a person with strong interpersonal skills. I can communicate well and I have keen attention to
details and I can multitask when put under pressure. These skills helped me a lot in my past jobs. One
example is my job as an encoder. The company I worked is a fast paced environment and we had
deadline to finish our van accountability report every week. I was able to finished it 3 days before the
deadline.

You should hire me because I have a combination of skills to do the job and I will be a great addition to
the team.

What are your greatest weaknesses?

My biggest weakness is getting so absorbed in my work that I lose all track of time. There are times at
work where I realized that everyone has gone home. I know I should be more aware of the clock, but
when I love what I’m doing I just can’t think of anything else.

How long will you stay in the company?

I expect to be here for as long as I can make contribution to the company.

What will you expect from us as your employer?

Well, I know that the company will expect me to give my all to help to succeed in return I’d like a positive
working environment that would teach me new skills and nurture my old in order for me to teach my true
potential. I’d like to be rewarded for the hard work that I do in order to build upon my career and grow.

What are your long term goals?

I have learned that long term goals can be best achieve by breaking them into shorter goals. My short
term goal is to find a position that will place me in a forward-moving company with solid performance
and future projections. I want to add value and continue to grow with the company.

What are your greatest strength?

My strength is my flexibility to handle change and my persistence. These skills helped me a lot in my
past jobs. I have deadlines in my past jobs as an encoder and no matter how hard.

Why do you want this job?

I feel that my previous job as a QA would make me an excellent match for the job requirements.

What is your greatest professional achievement?

My previous job had a hard time with reconciliation on their inventories and I was able to suggest to
have a network for the warehouse to be able to monitor the in and out of the stocks without
interrupting co-workers for the print out of stockyards. And they implemented them and it helped
lighten the workload.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself as advanced in my career and have acquired more in depth-knowledge of the company and
industry.

What’s your dream job?

My dream job is a job that lets me be analytic and creative and collaborate with people who are excited
about there work.
