We need employees to be paid in advance when they take their annual leave

2. Overview information to help in your quest:


A earning element has to be created and feed the value (Target Indirect) of Unpaid Leave
entitlement to the earning element and pay through earning element.

You will need to get the sum of absence days Unpaid Leave for a payroll period in Fusion
payroll fast formula.
Example:
l_Unpaid_Leave_Days = GET_ABSENCE_DAYS_PER_TYPE('Unpaid
Leave',L_Pay_Period_Start,L_Pay_Period_End)

Hi Vinod,

I did not mean that. What I am saying is Salary Advance means you want to pay employees salary in
advance. Employees Salary is defined by Basic Salary and the element entry that you do for the
employee. I believe these 5 components are already attached to employee in all the months. So you
can use Amount_ASG_Entry_Value or use Net_Pay_Rel_LMTH if these are the only components
attached to employee in all the month
