Those cliché words our national hero Jose P. Rizal once said and l quoted “Ang kabataan
ang pag-asa ng bayan”, but youth today is lacking of focus— they need to focus on what’s more
important rather than focusing on their own personal desires— because in that way, they deserve
to be called not just the hope of the nation but also “ The relization of the dreams of the nation”.
A bit overwhelmed hearing those endearment words, thinking that we can really make a difference,
that it is easy to think of many helpful things but the spirit is not there, those power of words to
persuade the youth is not worthy for lacking of action, moreover words and action affiliates to
each other for a powerful result that made a developing country like philippines succeed.
Every single person dream to have a perfect super heroes that will govern our country with
power to authorize and bravery to destroy those living villains sneeking around claiming those
precious thing that belongs to the masses—but being perfect is boring, people in today’s generation
want to taste some imperfections, through characterization like thin, stout, uneducated sincere
person is way better than educated person with high degree. Although academic intelligence makes
a person be globally competent that can endourse to raise the philippines,—still it is the way to
destroy the ambitious momentum of our country because of the capitalism attached to it. As a
developing country which is included and classified as one of the third world country, it is hard to
achieve those ambitious sustainable development that one has aiming—if people abide to follow
the rules, regulation and unite in one’s goal then there is no reason for the philippines not to
and responsibility, like crowning a reigning miss universe who holds platform and the advocacy
to become a catalyst for a change, their purpose is to serve the people creating independent
organization that become the voice of the unheard. An effective and efficient spokesperson should
not only have intelligence to say words fluenty while persuading their audiences, but have a
sincerity for one’s purpose and passion to say things that made them motivated and inspire for the
audiences to be able to come up realizing the goodness of the advocacy that a person wants to
deliver. It’s tough thinking that through advocating different issues expriencing by our society we
make it a better one, because change will not start through audiences and readers—it will start to
understand each others belief and representation to have a betterment not just the Philippines but
the whole nation. Verbal and non- verbal communication are ways to interact to one another—
what if the idea of arts can also be a solution for a positive social change?
“Arts here, arts there, arts is everywhere”, living in a society full of art is suffocating and
a bit boring, for arts are those classy capitalism hungry to sell their piece a hundred bucks, knowing
that it is just a wide sheet of paper with frame on it. Those savage operas and melancholic piano
piece of Yiruma are spectacular, but poor folks can’t relate. The mindset of “Arts is for rich people
not roughs” debunks by an art instructor, judging arts for one’s surface intelligence is a shame
because time passes, technologies upgraded, different beliefs of people debunks and few
remains— but arts goes out for it’s comfort zone. It may seems so complicated living in a society
full of art bringing or delivering a message not just for the rich people but also to those

According to Bolwerk, et al. (2014), “How Art Changes Your Brain: Differential
Effects of Visual Art Production and Cognitive Art Evaluation on Functional Brain Connectivity”.
Visual art represents a powerful resource for mental and physical well-being. However, little is
known about the underlying effects at a neural level. A critical question is whether visual art
production and cognitive art evaluation may have different effects on the functional interplay of
the brain's default mode network (DMN). We used fMRI to investigate the DMN of a non-clinical
sample of 28 post-retirement adults (63.71 years ±3.52 SD) before (T0) and after (T1) weekly
assigned to groups stratified by gender and age. In the visual art production group 14 participants
actively produced art in an art class. In the cognitive art evaluation group 14 participants
The DMN of both groups was identified by using a seed voxel correlation analysis

German counterpart of the Resilience Scale (RS-11). We observed that the visual art production

functional connectivity in the visual art production group was related to psychological resilience

Art is not just nothing like a piece of sheet, though, some are still locked nf perfection that

performing arts, theatre, movies, and it can be in circus. Some kind of art seems to be illegal in the
formats of what society dictates, vandalism, dark rituals, graffiti, and those walkout strikes of
people— but since it is included in the bill of rights article lll, section 4 of the philippine
constitution, that everyone shall have a freedom of speech and of expression with a peaceable
