TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Buyers/Clients shall make payment to the suppliers as per the following schedule:

(i) 70% Of the contract value as advance along with acceptance of this offer.

(ii) 25.% Of the contract value on material rich at site.

(iii) 05% Balance of the contract value on completion of the installation of lift

Erection commissioning will Be within 90 days, subject to the site readiness form being duly
signed by the client and received at A-ONE ELEVATORS as well 95% of payment is received by us.
Irrespective of any delay in the building completion, availability of permanent power supply the final

20% will be due to us within 180 days of our intimation that the materials are at the site. The price/s

quoted herein is/are inclusive of taxes, as currently applicable, whether levied by the Central

Government or the State Government or any Local Authority. If there should be any amendment or

variation in the rate or methodology for charging the applicable taxes, and/or, should be any new

levies imposed in respect of any of the activities or events under this contract, the entire burden of any

additional levy or quantum of indirect taxation shall be payable by you on demand at any time, in

addition to the price/s stated herein. Without prejudice to the foregoing clause, it is stated that the

contract price is Exclusive of:- i Service Tax Extra on erection, commissioning and installation And

erection, commissioning and installation charges. However, any additional tax or any variation in

rate/s as may be applicable to this contract, shall be payable by you on demand at any time, in

addition to the contract price stated herein. charges and a charge for providing ONE YEAR FREE

MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY but it does not include cost of civil work involved in the installation

of the lift. (2.) This offer is arrived on the basis of number of floors as mentioned under “ Technical Data” . In

case of addition and omission of floors, a sum of Rs.45000/- shall be charged extra or given rebate Per floor as

the case may be. (3.) This offer is subject to 'Client to provide' clause described herein this offer. (4.) This offer

is valid only for 01 months from today and extension of Validity is subject to confirmation. (5.) Advance

payment made once shall not be refunded order council by Party. (6.) Payments shall be made by way of

DRAFT only in favor of "A-ONE ELEVATOR." Payable at BHOPAL (7.) The Buyers/Clients shall not

use the lift without having obtained a valid working license from the competent authority and or having paid

full payment to the supplier/Contractor. The ownership remains with A-ONE ELEVATORS till the full

payment as per the contract is received from the client and a valid working license is obtained from the

concerned authorities. (8.) Subject to BHOPAL Jurisdiction
