Diwata : The Pearl of the East

A D&D Homebrew Campaign

This Campaign is a Part of the Diwata Project Time Line, this will have a four campaign series, Starting
Level : 3

1) The Summoning
2) Missing Link
3) The Key
4) End of Beginning

Rules : Same as the AL Standard Rule with some twists


1 Life Policy – No Life/Death Saving Throws, once you are dead, you are dead
No New Character Policy – 1 Character per Player
All Existing Diwata Characters is not playable on this campaign
Current characters : ( Kirizagi, Yuuki, Rixy, Cyberwolf, Skye, Geoffrey, Eric, Bjorn, Blithe, Ryuu, Ravian,
Kira, Nero, Philias)

Special Items :

Note : All Players will automatically receive a Fragment of Mana upon during in-game session, this will
be automatically labeled as a Magic Item.
Fragment of Mana : A Vibrant shiny coral blue that luminates a rainbow shine gemstone fragments, a
fragment where you can install it permanently on one of your chosen part of your body, this will give
you access to travel the continent of Paradiso. You can also use this to create one powerful skill
wether to support, offense or defense.
Take note that it’s not possible to use it to cast it to yourself, (i.e. healing) can only be cast on allies or
foe. Can Only be used one per fragment, so it is better to gather more fragments before using this,
also take note that once used, you’ll loose 90% of your hp.

Every Campaign rewards will receive an additional fragment of mana, you need to gather all missing
fragments to be able to use it’s full potential and the key to return home.
Blessing of the Diwata : Once you’ve receive the Fragment of Mana you’ll also acquired one element
resistance/advantage of your choice. ( Fire, Water, Air, Earth, Holy, Shadow ) +2 Elemental Resistance
+ 1d4 Elemental Damage

Long Rest : Full HP Recovery / Spells Reset


Half Rest : Half HP Recovery

World :

Norwind : The City of Magical Ancestry, where it all started, this is also the place where the heroes are
usually summons and where the “Gate” (The Horizon Passage where two worlds meet) is located
Paradiso : An Enchanted Forest where mythical creatures lives, the kapre, dwende, sugbins, etc.. the
forest that divides Norwind and Alapaap
Alapaap : A Floating City that which you’ll find in the far most of the Paradiso Forest, this is where The
Royal Lives, and also the govern council which protects the entire Diwata Continent and the known
Key Stones of the Saviours
Void : The Dreadful place where the war has been held, it’s been untouched since the war, the void
is located far east of Norwind. It was also believe that this is the place where the villains, hideous
monsters, the corrupts of the world lives.

Character Race Guide :


All Characters Races are the same (changes the name of the races with an additional skills set)
(Character Classess is as is, Character Alignment is not required but optional)

Draconics (Dragonborn) : All Dragon Related Species


+2 Strenght, +1 Charisma, Draconic Ancestry, Breath Weapon, Dragon Element

Additional +2 Strenght, +2 Intimidation
Full Scale Armor : Spell , 1 time use only, if you use this spell, you’ll gain +10 armor (+5 per lvl), during
the whole combat phase, after the combat phase, you’ll loose 75% of your hp and will not able to
use the Full Scale Armor spell again including Dragon Breath and Elemental Resistance)

Foxies (Dwarf) : All Fox Related Species


+2 Constitution, Dark Vision, Canidae Tounges, Foxies Resilience, Foxies Combat Training,
Stonecutting
Foxies Specialty
Additional +2 Dexterity, +5 Movement Speed
Holedigging : Spell, 1 time use only, if you use this spell, you are able to cast a 15x15 scale, in 10x10
range from the caster, this gives advantage for escaping and trapping, can only be used once in
whole campaign, once used, your additional +1 dexterity will be deducted

Felines (Elf)
+2 Dexterity, Darkvision, Keen Senses, Feline/Canine Ancestry, Trance
Felines Specialty
Additional +2 Dexterity, +1 Stealth, +1 Sleight of Hand
Hunters Prey : Spell, 1 Time use only, You can only use this spell when your hp is below 5%, the Player’s
Target should be within radius of 10x10, when this spell is used, player should roll to hit, once succeed,
the target player will receive 100% damange for small/minor enemies and 50% for big/major
enemies. Once the hit fails, the person will automatically be unconcious ( 3 success life saving throws
to survive )

Caninae (Half Elf)


+2 Charisma, +1 to two other ability scores, Darkvision, Feline/Canine Ancestry, Skill Versatility

Additional +2 Charisma and +1 to two ability scores
Howling Abyss : Cantrip, Roll to hit, 20x20 Radius, when used, all enemies,allies on surrounding will be
stun for 1 turn, for allies, roll for Constitution save, when the roll fails, it will taunt the enemy within the
radius

Muridae ( Halfling )
+2 Dexterity, Lucky, Brave, Muridae Nimbleness
Muridae Specialty
+2 Acrobatic, +2 Stealth
Brave Heart : Action Traits, When attacked on meelee, you can roll for a Parry Counterattack (d20)
when succeed, the foe will receive the half of his damage roll

Ursidae ( Half-Orc )
+2 Strenght, +1 Constitution, Darkvision, Menacing, Relentless Endurance, Savage Attacks
Ursidae Specialty
+2 Deception, +2 Intimidation
Hybernate Traits, Can use full long rest on half rest
Enrage, Activates when HP reach 1%, he will randomly attack those who are near in the player’s
radius 10x10, gaining additional half damage (half of ursidae player’s max hp) on all it’s attack,
Player near him must roll for dexterity save, ursidae user must roll for a death save, 2/3 successes rate,
3/3 for Failures
Fury Swipe : Additional 2d4 ( Advantage Roll ) when attacking un-armed or facing an un-armed foe

Aquatic ( Tiefling )
+2 Charisma, +1 Inteligence, Darkvision, Water and Fire Resistance, Draconic, Infernal Legacy
Aquatic Specialty
+2 Charisma, +2 Inteligence, +1 Investigation, +1 Insight
Echo Resonance : Non-Action Cantrip, detect things or objects or beings by 30m
Dive : Spell, 1 time use only, summons a pool of water radius 40x40, all allies will gain an additional
advantage roll and full hp recovery, foes on disadvantage rolls, caster will gain double damage to
all foes in the area.

Avian ( Aarakocra )
+2 Dexterity, +1 Wisdom, Flight, Talons
Avian Specialty
+2 Dexterity, +2 Brute Force of Talons, +2 Insight. +1 Investigation
True Sight : Cantrip, Avian’s will fly through the sky and see surroundings by 100x100 (open field) 70x70
(close field) Investigation and Insight Roll Applies

Human ( Human )
+1 To all Ability Scores, Extra Language
Human Specialty
Additional +1 to all abiltiy scores
Pearl of the East Blessing : receives 2 additional spells (Mana Conversion , Diwata Ancestry )
Mana Conversion : (spell) Coverts your HP to Mana by 25% to able to cast 1 magical spell
Diwata Ancestry : (spell) Able to call for a nature’s blessing receiving a random buff or guidance. (d4
for category, d6 for random scoring)
- Stats : +1 Random Stats
- Ability Scores : +2 Random Ability Skills
- Guidance : to receive random thoughts or guidance
- Heal : Roll for 2d4
Bathala’s Call : Spell, 1 time use only, drain your hp to 1%, you’ll receive attack and spells immunity to
all beings within your eye sight range, allies will receive additional +1 hp per turn during on that
phase, caster will not able to receive any healing during the protection of bathala
