Good day!

I am John Eduard Felix Betuin, an alumni of Quezon City High School (Batch 2015) and
a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
My group in Research Project 2 are currently working on a research entitled “Design and
Development of Solar Powered Smart Garden.”

We are required to conduct this research in an urban garden, and we have chosen the
greenhouse of Quezon City High School as the setting of the research. In our research it is
necessary for us to install a Solar Power System, and the Smart Garden System in the school’s
orchidarium.

We humbly request for your permission to conduct our research in your institution. Your
approval would help us to comply the requirements we needed before our graduation this March
2020. May we also request for an appointment for us to know the requirements for the permit to
use the school’s orchidarium, and to discuss with you in details about our research project
“Design and Development of Solar Powered Smart Garden.”.
