ABOUT US
Established in 2017, we are the producer of
premium Artisan Indones ian raw honey under
the brand BEEMA HONEY. All our honey is
single origin produced on chemical and
pesticide free plantations and in the
neighbouring forests in the foothills of Mount
Muria in Central Java, Indonesia.
We are a proud, independent, responsible
producer and supplier and one of the fastest
growing honey companies in Indonesia. In the
past 12 months we have significantly increased
our exposure throughout Indonesia in
specialized distribution to health food stores,
premium grocery markets, five star hotels,
luxury restaurants and other retail and
wholesale channels.

In 2018 we were recognized as one of the top

10 food startup businesses in Indonesia. We
have also won International recognition for our
stingless bee honey which was Best Winner in
the Stingless Bee Honey category at the Asian
Apiculture Association Conference 2018.

BeeMa Honey is built around the heritage of

beekeeping in the Indonesian Archipelago
Island of Java. Our story is a desire to produce
a unique range of traditional and contemporary
honey products from Mother Nature’s garden.

BeeMa Honey is farmed in ways that support

and nurture the environment and harmonize
with the local community and countryside. The
foundation of our business is combining
healthy great tasting honey products with
sensitivity to the habitat. We care about the
environment, each activity and every product
we make has an impact on the environment
and we take our responsibility to save
resources and are dedicated to conservation.

Our Artisan range of honeys are all raw honey and offer a wide range of nutritional and
health benefits. Produced on pesticide and chemical free plantations and the neighbouring
forests in the foothills of Mount Muria.

BLOSSOM HONEYS
COTTON BLOSSOM
TASTING NOTES: Fresh, floral and
slightly caramelized with a sweet
soft buttery flavor.
COLOUR: Ranging from extra
white to extra light amber.
DESCRIPTION: A pure and
unfiltered aromatic honey from
cotton blossom nectar. Produced
by Apis Mellifera (European honey
bees). An all-purpose table honey
used in baking and as an everyday
sweetener.
BENEFITS: Antioxidants, Increase
endurance, Increase stamina,
Increase appetite, coating
stomach for ulcer problems and
probiotic enzymes for health
benefits.
RAMBUTAN BLOSSOM
TASTING NOTES: Pleasantly
warm, rich and fruity with muted
floral notes.
COLOUR: Extra light amber.
DESCRIPTION: Produced by Apis
Melifera (European honey bees)
from rambutan blossom nectar.
This thick delicious honey is an all
purpose table honey and great for
sweetening beverages including
coffee.
BENEFITS: Antioxidants,

output, coating stomach for ulcer

CAJUPUT BLOSSOM
TASTING NOTES: Rich, thick,
sweet, herbaceous with earthy
notes and slight menthol after
taste.
COLOUR: White to amber with
slight green hue.
DESCRIPTION: Made from the
white flower nectar Melalueca
Cajuputi. Cajuput is a lessor
known member of the Eucalyptus
family and used as a deconges-
tant. Perfect with teas and other
drinks.
BENEFITS: Helps to relieve colds,
flu, nasal congestion and sinuses,
antioxidants, treat arthritis,
prevent liver cancer, anti-natural
inflammatory.

FOREST HONEYS
JAVA FOREST
TASTING NOTES: Sweet, rich, slightly creamy
texture with multi flora garden aroma.
COLOUR: Amber light to Dark amber.
DESCRIPTION: A polyflora honey produced by wild
native Apis Cerana (Asian honey bees) from the
edges of the forest. Full of bee pollen making this
delicious honey a family favourite and a great
immune and protein booster.
BENEFITS: Antioxidants and protein source,
increase stamina and endurance, improve brain
function, cell and skin regeneration, probiotic
enzymes for health.
BLACK FOREST
TASTING NOTES: Rich depth and a light warm
feeling with resin after taste. Light smoky and
woody.
COLOUR: Amber to dark amber.
DESCRIPTION: Natural wild forest honey made
from Apis Dorsata (wild giant honey bees). Full of
antioxidants and health benefits.
BENEFITS: Natural cough medicine, relieve and
cure coughs, antimicrobial, antioxidants, probiotic

STINGLESS BEE HONEY

JAVA TRIGONA
TASTING NOTES: Complex rich with a citrus sour sweet taste, light grainy texture. Slightly acidic as in
lemon.

COLOUR: Dark Amber.

DESCRIPTION: A rare honey produced by the stingless bee species Tetragonula Laeviceps. This slightly
grainy and runny honey is full of antioxidants and anti bacterial properties making this honey one of the
worlds best.

BENEFITS: Anti bacterial to gram positive and gram negative causing infection, anti bacterial effective for

Architecture before continuing her
studies with a Masters degree in
Marketing. Has worked as a
Marketing Manager for many high
profile local and International
companies including Tumbak Mas,
Ritz Carlton Hotel, Kaercher, Ranch
Market and Hatten Wines. Winner of
Sabre Award for best Asia Pacific PR
campaign 2013.
