Employment Contract

This contract is concluded on 1st January, 2020 by and between:

1. Hajaris General Contracting Establishment. (First Party) Employer

2. Mr. ABDULLAH JAVED IQBAL (Second Party) Employee Pakistani Nationality, holding
Passport Number # XXXXXXXXX

Preface:
Whereas the Second party is interested to work with the First Party confirming his
qualification and ability to perform the job he applied for, and the First Party agreed.
This contract is concluded to specify the condition, benefits and liabilities, agreed upon
by both parties who are of their lawful legal capacity, as follows:

Job Title: TRAINEE ENGINEER

Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Basic Salary: SR. 1,800/- Per Month (One Thousand Eight Hundred Only)
Food: SR. 300/- Per Month (Three Hundred Only)
Accommodation: Sharing Accommodation will be provided by Hajaris Gen
Cont. Est.
Transportation: Will be provided by Hajaris Gen Cont. Est.
Working Hours: 10 Hours per day (Saturday to Thursday)
Over Time: After 10 hours overt time calculate 1.5 times
Air Tickets: Two Way Airfares will be provided for Employee after 24
Months to the nearest home town, Pakistani.
Accrued Leave: After completion of contract 24 months HAJARIS is liable
to pay 21 days accrued leave per year and rest is employee
end.
Exit Re-entry: 02 Months from Company end after 24 Months
Medical Facility: “CA” Class Medical Insurance Card will be provided.
Contract Period: 24 Months and Extendable.
EBS: As per Company Policy.

Upon acceptance of this job offer you will be assigned as a TRAINEE ENGINEER and you
will be given three months trial starting from the date of joining for our successful
exercise in our operation.
The Management of Hajaris shall give you all support and co-operation and vice-versa,
we expect the maximum support and co-operation from you & Company rules and
regulation will be apply
