Class Regulation :

1. Students must come to class on time. Students coming later than 15 minutes will not be allowed to enter the classroom without the lecturer’s permission and their attendance will not be
recorder on the attendance list.
2. Students must attend the class with a minimum attendance of 80% of all the class meetings for the subject. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to take the final test.
3. Students must follow mid and final tests on the date and time scheduled. No make-up tests will be given to students who fail to follow the mid and final tests, except for the following reasons
and conditions:
a) If students are sick, they must give a doctor’s certificate.
b) If students’ member of family or close relative passes away, they must be able to show a legal letter from a hospital or RT/RW proving the death.
c) If working students are on duty and cannot leave their work, they must be able to show a formal letter from their institution proving that they are on duty. A contact number of their
superior must be included.
4. Students must wear clean and neat attires. No ripped jeans and slippers allowed in class.
5. Students must be well-groomed. Students with long hair (men) are not allowed to attend to the classroom and not allowed to join mid and final test.
6. Keep your cell phone on silent mode.
