II. Accounting flow/System Enhancement (one-time payment) 8,000.00

a. Installation of QuickBooks Pro in two PCs for two users.
b. Trainings to employees in using the system
c. Improvement in accounting flow.
Total One-time Payment 8,000.00
Terms & Conditions:
1. Provided that I will have a twice per month (Saturdays) visit in the office to check
all accouting works.
2. Retainer's fee payment will be every 1st of the Month. PDCs* is required to
be issued for 6 months and will be replenished thereafter.
3. One-time payment for accounting flow and system enhancement should be
provided upoon commencement of the engagement.
4. Departure from the agreed scope of work will be subjected to price change

*PDCs to be issued should be dated:
