THANKS YOU

Eight short-term internships are an opportunity for me to synthesize and re-organize the
knowledge I have learned, and combine with practice to improve my professional
knowledge. Although there were only eight weeks of practice, but through the internship,
she was able to broaden her vision and absorb a lot of practical knowledge. Since then, I
have found that it is very important to apply it to practice - it helps students build a
theoretical foundation to study in a stronger school . During the internship, from the
awkward to inexperienced place, I encountered many difficulties but with the help of the
teachers of the foreign language and the enthusiasm of the brothers and sisters In Thuan
Thanh one-member limited liability company, I have gained valuable experience to
complete this internship as well as write the final report. I sincerely thank you. First
thanks, I would like to send to the leadership and departments in Thuan Thanh one-
member limited company - the unit has received and enthusiastically created all favorable
conditions for me to approach the real work and hold catch the process of accounting
work. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the Board of Directors of Van
Hien University, teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages who have devoted to
teaching and conveying valuable knowledge and experience to me. In particular, I would
like to thank Ms. Le Thuy Trang, who enthusiastically guided me to complete this report.
Because the time and knowledge are still limited, the report cannot avoid shortcomings, I
hope the comments of the Company and teachers and teachers so that I can learn more
and complete better. I sincerely thank you!

SUMMARY

This report presents my internship process at Thuan Thanh One-member Limited


Company. The report includes five chapters. First chapter is general information about
company. The content of the first chapter is the introduction should include an overview
of the Company’s organization briefly description detail: (vision, mission, core value,
structure and function). Chapter two is introduction about internship , this chapter are
summary of the duties and responsibilities performed by the intern. Chapter three are
internship process at the company .This chapter includes to work assignments, weekly
schedule and job description. Chapter four are internship summary. It includes to five
parts are new skills acquired and skills improved, management techniques observed,
classroom skills employed, problem encountered and lesson learned.
First part: New skills acquired and skills improved: The skills learned in during internship
and importance with the further work
Part two: Management techniques observed: such as the methods and skills learned in
company ( financial management, people , time, etc.)
Part three: Classroom skills employed: Knowledge learned in college and practical
applications
Part four: Problem encountered: Difficult problems during the internship and solving that
problem
The last part: Lesson learned: The lesson learned to help for further works .
And finally chapter is evaluation includes two parts. Part one are self-evaluation and
recommendation, part two are conclusion and supervisor evaluation.

Báo cáo này trình bày quá trình thực tập của tôi tại Công ty TNHH một thành viên Thuận
Thành. Báo cáo bao gồm năm chương. Chương đầu tiên là thông tin chung về công ty.
Nội dung của chương đầu tiên là phần giới thiệu nên bao gồm tổng quan về tổ chức
Company Company mô tả ngắn gọn chi tiết: (tầm nhìn, sứ mệnh, giá trị cốt lõi, cấu trúc
và chức năng). Chương hai là giới thiệu về thực tập, chương này là tóm tắt về nhiệm vụ
và trách nhiệm được thực hiện bởi thực tập. Chương ba là quá trình thực tập tại công ty.
Chương này bao gồm phân công công việc, lịch trình hàng tuần và mô tả công việc.

INTRODUCTION

The market economy has brought great opportunities and challenges for businesses while
bringing benefits to consumers, which are beautiful models, high quality, reasonable
prices. Enterprises that want to survive must find appropriate business and production
directions so that their products can compete and meet market demands.

A manufacturing enterprise must have raw materials and raw materials as one of the
inputs of the production process, deciding on the quality, utility, form, product design and
cost factor mainly in product prices. Hence, it affects the profitability of the business.
Reasonable use and cost saving of raw materials to reduce finished product prices but still
ensure product quality, increase competitiveness in the market. Increasing the profit
problem that business managers pay special attention to and organize the accounting of
materials that are an indispensable condition by accounting and materials monitoring,
providing accurate information timely on the volatility of raw materials, at the same time
help enterprise managers estimate the cost of materials, ensure adequate, timely and
quality supply of materials.

So materials play a very important role in the production process. Enterprises must pay
attention to saving materials and still ensure quality. It is also the best method to increase
profits for businesses, save costs, increase the competitiveness of businesses in the
market. Recognizing the role of accountants clearly, especially accounting of materials in
the process of managing costs of enterprises, the organization of accounting of materials
in a reasonable scientific way has real meaning very high quality in improving
management quality and understanding of materials in construction industry. Stemming
from the meaning and importance above, in fact the time to train at Thuan Thanh One
Member Limited Liability Company. I chose the topic: Accounting of materials at this
company to make reports collective practice.

Due to limited time and many limitations of theoretical and practical knowledge, it is
unavoidable to report shortcomings and limitations. I look forward to the help,
suggestions and supplements of the supervisor and supervisor in the accounting
department of the company, so that this report is rich in theory as well as more relevant to
practice.

I would like to thank the supervisor teacher Le Thuy Trang and everyone in the
accounting field who facilitated me to complete this topic.

 Function

The company's products always keep high prestige in the trust of customers. It can
be said that the effort of the company, the interest of customers for the company,
the scale of the company is increasingly expanded, the products are favored by
customers and come to support higher and higher revenue. increasing and life of
both material and spiritual employees has been increasingly improved.

CHAPTER 2: INTRODUCTION ABOUT INTERNSHIP


 Summary of the duties and responsibilities performed by the intern
I learned many useful things from my colleagues as well as experienced and accumulated
valuable lessons, namely the process of implementing labor contracts. The first is to be
fully trained in professional knowledge. During my internship at Thuan Thanh One
Member Limited Liability Company, my job was mainly in the field of accounting.
Sometimes, I also help the company sell raw materials to customers

CHAPTER 3: INTERSHIP PROCESS AT THE COMPANY

1. Work assignments

The first of work are consult and support customers by phone. Secondly are summary of
orders for materials delivered to customers and the finally of work are general accountant:
to receive the data of other accountants to update and report to the chief accountant when
necessary with some other issues in the work process have been specified.

3. Job description :
The jobs assigned at the beginning of the internship at Thuan Thanh Co., Ltd include
three specific tasks: The first are consult and support customers by phone which means
that notice the price of raw-materials when customers request, general order and date of
delivery or receive feedback and inquiries from customers sent to the company. The
second are summary of orders for materials delivered to customers .Concrete of work
such as save and update orders in the note book, checking orders, ensuring enough orders
that customers have requested, arrange orders to transport goods , check quality,(avoid to
defective products). Before delivering goods to customers. Finally work are general
accountant: to receive the data of other accountants to update and report to the chief
accountant when necessary . These are specific tasks recording and carefully updating the
number of goods sold during the day, week, month, update sales revenue every week,
synthesize and record the number of goods in stock each month with some other issues in
the work process were assigned.

+ Analysis and general observation skills : General accounting work must do a lot of
things such as collecting vouchers, invoices, books, book entries, reports, receipts ... From
there to synthesize and give the most accurate accounting.

It is necessary to have the skills to arrange and manage your own time fund so that you
can complete the job well and keep up with the work schedule. Arranging work more

much more effective. To become a good accountant, you need to have a lot of qualities as
well as professional knowledge. Perfect yourself to be successful in your work and
become a good accountant in the future.

Skills learned at the university such as sales management skills, office administrative
skills, general planning, basic marketing ...
Therefore, I can better understand the knowledge learned and apply the regulations of
each company into practice. Moreover, there is a good luck, something that I can know
more about an area specializing in accounting. This is a relatively new field for me.
Therefore, over this time, I was able to broaden my knowledge from learning more
experienced colleagues in the company.

 Problem encountered
- The real working environment is far from the theory you learn on the school:

many life skills to better meet the needs of future jobs)
- Pressure on time

 Lesson learned
I learned many useful things from my colleagues as well as experienced and accumulated
valuable lessons, namely the process of implementing labor contracts. The first is to be
fully trained in professional knowledge. During my internship at Thuan Thanh One
Member Limited Liability Company, my job was mainly in the field of accounting.
Sometimes, I also help the company sell raw materials to customers. Thanks to the
valuable experience from the practice of accounting field at Thuan Thanh One-member
Limited Liability Company, it will support the work with the best efficiency and
relevance to the discipline that is the trade sector. Because this is also one of the areas
specializing in accounting and business.

CHAPTER 5: EVALUATION
1. Self-evaluation & recommendations:
1.1: Self-evaluation
Besides achievements, I feel that I still have many shortcomings. There are many times
when I am not flexible in applying the knowledge I have learned.
The experience of practicing labor law is not much, so there are still some errors.
Some skills are only learned in theory, so when they come into contact with work, I am
still very confused, so I have to improve their knowledge and to learn about problems in
practice. Therefore, sometimes work performance is not high.
Therefore, my most recent plan after practicing is to make the best use of knowledge
and skills that I have accumulated while working at Thuan Thanh Company Limited.
Besides, I also need to update my knowledge every day to improve my professional skills
and overcome mistakes during the internship.

1.2: Recommendation

Some recommendations to improve the quality of signing and


perform labor contracts at Thuan Thanh one-member limited liability company.
The above labor contract generally meets the basic requirements required
but there are still some points to be completed for the contract to be clearer and more
complete. There are some specific suggestions below:

 Company should specify specific jobs for employees in the "Job description"
section of Article 1 so they can identify the work to be done, avoid controversy about
personal rights later.
 Regarding the working hours in Article 2, the contract should be
clearly defined according to the working hours such as 8h-17h, 8h30-
17h30, 9h-18h ...

 Besides, the violation of information security in the labor contract

of the company is a condition that unilaterally terminates the contract but it
has not been concretized by the company as well as a clear emphasis on
employees. Therefore, the gathering of employees' behaviors leading to the
termination of the contract into a "Unilaterally terminate the contract"
clause is really necessary. Thus, the contract will be more complete and specific.

2. Conclusion & Supervisor’s evaluation:


2.1: Conclusion:
Human resource activities are promising and greatly affect the development process of the
company. It is the workforce that has brought success and development to the company
from scale to quality. The number of employees added to the growing company thanks to
the effective work of the accounting department and some other related departments.
Thuan Thanh one-member limited company aims to build a young, united, dynamic
company, a humorous environment, where each member can promote creativity,
enthusiasm and organizational skills in all work. Thuan Thanh One-member Limited
Company has aimed and acknowledged its human resources as a factor that brings
success and brand to the company. Therefore, personnel activities are the most important
factor bringing the development for Thuan Thanh one-member limited company in the
future. During my 2-month internship at this company, I learned many useful things from
my colleagues as well as experienced and accumulated valuable lessons, namely the
process of implementing labor contracts.

Therefore, I can better understand the knowledge learned and apply the regulations of
each company into practice. Moreover, there is a good luck, something that I can know
more about an area specializing in accounting. This is a relatively new field for me.
This time, I was able to broaden my knowledge from learning more experienced
colleagues in the company. Therefore, I have equipped myself with a basic foundation of
people in the business sector that is suitable for the industry that I am still choosing to
study at Van Hien University. Financial management. At the same time, I was able to
easily integrate with a completely new environment. Another lesson to be learned is that
any department needs to have enthusiasm and passion for work to achieve high
performance and easily overcome difficulties and challenges. And I have been trained to
bear contain and overcome the high pressure of work and how to capture information
suggested by my superiors. In particular, the professional working environment of the
company will help me become more mature as well as create a certain foundation to be
able to complete the assigned work successfully implementing 8 labor contracts, giving
creative ideas and persuasive ability to attract more formal candidates to contribute to
efficiency of recruitment. In short, the time I practiced at Thuan Thanh One-member
Limited Company gave me the opportunity to learn many useful lessons. In addition, this
will help me grow in all aspects, understand the value of work and complete the tasks in
the best way. And I would like to thank the one member Thuan Thanh Ltd which has
facilitated me to practice during the past 2 months. I hope that Thuan Thanh One-member
Co., Ltd will improve the daily turnover, complete the tasks and goals set forth in the
future to develop strongly in the construction field.
