Many companies search for a purpose. We were born with one: We


dare to Inspire and Nurture the human spirit. It’s felt by people
who’ve believed us and who’ve worked with us.

As we, human are emotional being, how we see and perceive the
environment depends on our state of mind. We believe employee’s
state of being and an organization goals are not mutually
exclusive. They reinforce one another. And doing the right thing
by our people is the best thing for our business. And people can
do right thing in right way only when they are emotionally aware
and stable.

ManoDarshan Psychological Concern aims to promote


psychological and emotional development. We’ve been working
with different I/NGO, private institution, college, school and
communities imparting by training for different level of human
resources to foster the organizational growth.

Although he’s an Engineer who’ve worked in Dubai, Bangalore and Kathmandu He’s working in the field of Psychology since 2007 and has been awarded top
based IT companies, his lifelong desire to gain a deeper understand of himself 10 best counselor of the year in 2010. He already has completed his MA in Rural
and the world around him, urged him to concentrate on field of Psychology Development and Sociology/Anthropology and Post Graduate in Counseling
Psychology.
He earned a Post Graduate in Counseling Psychology. In the name of expertise,
he’s a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Coaching, Hypnotherapy and He have an decade long experience of providing workshop and training to youth
Gestalt Psychotherapy working with 3 organization in Kathmandu. In addition in collaboration with organization from Netherlands and Germany. He’s travelled
to practicing therapy, he’s also Emotional Wellbeing Promoter working with more than 13 countries being a facilitator. Being a Professional Karate and
correctional facilities, colleges, schools and various organization providing Martial Arts player, he’s specialized in integrating Martial Arts skills in the role of
different training and workshop. emotional health and development in youths.

He’s certified practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Gestalt Therapy and Trauma Healing.
