With this, we are requesting your management to remove or ban these operators/drivers on working
with Shopee express and all the warehouses operating due to the following reasons:

1. These persons have committed slander or oral defamation against AIKA Transport which affects
our company’s reputation and credibility. They also recruited our pulled out subcontractors who
has unremitted cash and poor performance and trying to recruit our active subcontractors to
make false accusations and join their union against us.
2. Conflict of interest may arise which can create a negative outcome not just to our company but
to the operations of all of the parties involved.
3. These persons had shown negligence on their responsibilities during their service under AIKA
Transport.
4. These persons were also reported to create their own transport services with the motives of
destroying our company’s integrity.
5. These persons also complained to DOLE agency when we all wanted them is to submit a
clearance so that we would know if they were all cleared with their liabilities to Shopee Express.
Any subcontractors who will do the same in the future shall be banned to engage in the operations of
AIKA Transport and Shopee Express.
