DEMAND LETTER

To: CHERRYLEN L. DUMLAO

Dumlao Compound, Tandang 001/ Riverside St., Commonwealth,
Quezon City

IN RE: Sum of Money

Ms. Dumlao:

This pertains to the amount of Two Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (Php.
825,000.00), the purchase price of the motor vehicle (a Hyundai Accent 2016 model
sedan bearing with plate number: MP-7794) which set forth in the Memorandum of
Agreement dated August 2019 (see attached Memorandum of Agreement);

Though in the attached memorandum of agreement reflects that you give an initial
Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php. 50,000.00) down payment, were in fact, the actual amount
you paid was only Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php.30,000.00);

In the outset, our original setting was that you will settle the balance of Twenty
Thousand Pesos (Php.20,000.00), and another Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php. 50,000.00)
will be given on December 2019, while the rest of the rest of the remaining balance shall
be settled through partial payment of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php. 10,000.00) in every
succeeding month, until it fully paid;

That after you take possession of the said motor vehicle, however, you failed to
make good with your promise as of this date and despite I was so lenient in the terms of
the payment of your account, you still has the audacity to make some alibis clearly to
evade your said obligation to my damage and prejudice.

FORMAL AND FINAL DEMAND is therefore made against you to pay in full within
ten (10) days from receipt of this letter the amount of Php. 235,000.00.

Failure on your part to heed this formal demand or else, as much as my regret, I
will elevate this matter in court for appropriate legal action to protect my rights and
interest.

I hope you will be given this letter with utmost attention to prevent any adverse
legal consequence on your part.
