Actual Demand was 292937 and

then less 97646(Deemed Value of
land i.e. 1/3 of Net value) and then It was very confusing to which
18% of 195291 (i.e.292937(Payment tax was calculated on the balance I never received any
Demand)-97646 (Land Value)) amount i.e. 195291. clarification from Runwal.
 2 yrs Maintenance charge is
1,11,788 and has charged 12,600
which is 18%. There are other
components too. In the Contract the
Maintenance charge is 130726 but
they had said that it is variable not Final Fit out payment Post OC. Later
fixed but I don't have in writing. in may they have received part OC. Not Paid yet
