Hi, I’m Erika Flint, Board Certified Hypnotist and Accredited Certified
Professional Hypnotherapy Instructor.

I created this document to help you feel confident about selecting the
best hypnosis and hypnotherapy training for you. I want you to get the
best training because there is a need for really good hypnotherapists!

Clients need you to help them with everyday issues like weight loss,
stopping smoking, reducing stress, sleeping better, and removing bad habits. There is a great
need for well-trained hypnotherapists. But clients also need you to help them with deeper
issues - like emotional concerns, loss of relationships and life-long bad habits, trauma, and
feelings of inadequacy and not belonging. You want to be able to help your clients with all of
these issues - not just the “easy” ones.

What to look for in Hypnotherapy Certification Training

There are a lot of hypnosis and hypnotherapy training courses available, and training is an
investment of your time and finances. It’s important to ensure you are looking at the following
when selecting a hypnotherapy certification course :

Does the instructor still see clients?

You want an instructor with real-world experience who continues to learn, teach, and use the
most advanced techniques in the business. At Cascade Hypnosis Center our hypnotherapists
have seen hundreds of clients, and in addition to training 4-6 times a year, I also run a full-time
practice seeing clients and teaching students the best techniques in the business.

How large are the class sizes?

An ideal class size is appropriate for training and not too large. At Cascade Hypnosis Center
we keep our class size small to medium in size with no more than 8 students so each student
receives individualized attention.

Can the school or instructor substantiate claims about the training?

At Cascade Hypnosis Center we teach the NGH Approved Banyan Hypnosis Certification
Super Course - this course has been taught to thousands of students around the world! It is
time-proven and built on hypnosis that really works.

How much supervised practice and skill-building time is given during the course?

We want our students to feel confident seeing clients when training is finished. So many
hypnotherapy courses do not focus enough on the real-world experience of seeing clients day
to day. At Cascade Hypnosis Center we provide 10-14 hours of supervised training. The
training is designed you feel confident hypnotizing clients right away. Too many hypnosis
training programs fail at properly training students to really feel confident hypnotizing clients,
and what happens is people leave training feeling like they’re not ready to start. Pretty soon,
one day, one week, one month leads to another and they end up not practicing hypnosis at all.
Our graduates leave feeling confident knowing they can hypnotize anyone. They have the
background and foundation to understand hypnosis and why it works, plus the training, drills,
and experience in class to start practicing hypnosis immediately upon graduation.

Is there a real training facility, or does the instructor rent a room at a hotel for training?

At Cascade Hypnosis Center we are dedicated to the best hypnosis techniques in the world
whether we’re seeing clients or teaching students -so we have our own full-time classroom and
training facility right next door to our hypnosis office.

Does the school or trainer teach you how to open a practice and get started?

A lot of training focuses on teaching hypnosis only - which is essential, but you also need the
proper know-how to market yourself and your business and how to run your practice. This is
an important part of our training at Cascade Hypnosis Center. We teach you everything you

need to open a practice as soon as the training is over, and we offer unsurpassed ongoing
support.

Is the school and trainer Accredited?

Accreditation indicates that the school and instructor have demonstrated exemplary skills in
teaching and providing support for their grads and the members of their organization. Erika
Flint and Cascade Hypnosis Training have been Accredited through the 5-PATH® IAHP
Certified Professional Hypnosis Instructors (CPHIs).

What is the school, or trainer’s mission in teaching students?

There are a lot of great trainers out there, but every school and trainer has their own philosophy
and mission for training. At Cascade Hypnosis Center our mission is to teach the absolute best
hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques in the world as efficiently and effectively as possible so

I’m thrilled that you’re interested in learning about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I began my
hypnosis training with a different hypnosis training, and although it was helpful, I did not feel
ready to see clients. It was only after learning 5-PATH ®, 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® and the
advanced techniques you will learn in this training that I felt comfortable seeing clients. That’s
why I wanted to be a trainer and help other interested students, hypnotists, and others in the
healing professions discover the best and most advanced hypnosis and hypnotherapy training

Is this training right for you ? It is the best and most advanced hypnosis and hypnotherapy
training available, but it’s not for everyone. Usually the best training requires a higher level of
commitment – and that’s true here too. You’ll be surprised how much you learn each and every
day of training, and by the time you leave, you will feel ready to see clients. And the ongoing

have all the materials available so you can leave with everything you need to open up a new
practice if that’s what you want.

Everything that You Need is Included in the Tuition Fees

With the training programs all of your required materials are included in the cost of the
courses. No additional purchases are required. In fact, we are including, at no extra charge,
materials that go beyond those required by the NGH. We also offer additional books, cds/dvds
and training videos for those who wish to purchase them and continue to learn more at a
reduced price while you are in the course. But these materials are not required to be
successful.

Basic and Advanced Training
When you train as a 5-PATH® Hypnotherapist (or Hypnotist) you become part of the National
Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) which is the world’s largest and oldest hypnosis organization, and
you become certified in 5-PATH® advanced therapeutic hypnosis.

This is an elite hypnosis training program. 5-PATH® is the only advanced system of
hypnosis recognized by the National Guild of Hypnotists by having their own authorized special
interest group within that organization. This means you get the absolute best training available.

Our curriculum is designed to provide a complete approach to hypnosis which enables

you to immediately become a practicing Hypnotherapist working with weight, smoking and
stress problems for both individuals and groups. Upon completion of the Level I and Level II (5-
PATH®) training, you will be able to help clients deal with fears and anxieties, self-confidence
and esteem issues, sports performance, sales performance and most problems presented to
Hypnotherapists. You will feel comfortable and confident seeing clients when your training is
complete.

In addition to learning the basics, you will learn the unique 5-PATH®. This is a thorough
multiphase approach which was designed to uncover and overcome subconscious issues. In
this system, you will utilize some of the most powerful hypnotherapeutic tools, including Direct
Suggestion, Age Regression, Forgiveness Therapy and Parts Mediation Therapy™, applied
together in a systematic, reliable and highly effective process.

Special hypnosis training and experience will be available using 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®, a
series of self-hypnosis techniques designed to remove old blockages to success, before
attempting to give yourself suggestions. This new approach has received highest praise from
both students and clients. Note that 7th Path® is a holistic Mind-Body-Spirit approach that far
surpasses classical approaches to self-hypnosis. For most students, this is one of the greatest
benefits of taking the course!

When are courses offered ?

We offer 2 versions of the course - a weekends-only course which is convenient for local
residents, and a 2-week long course which enables you to obtain your training and get started
as quickly as possible.

Erika Flint, CH, CPHI is a Board Certified Hypnotist and Accredited

Certified Professional Hypnotherapy Instructor with a full time practice
in Bellingham, WA.

Before becoming a hypnotist, Erika was a software engineer and spent

years problem solving in the high-tech industry. Now she enjoys working
with the most powerful computing devices available - the human mind.

Erika enjoys helping her clients make sweeping changes in their lives using the power of
hypnosis and shares the skills and power of hypnosis with other hypnosis professionals and
students as an Accredited Certified Professional Hypnotherapy Instructor. Not only is Erika a
