LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR COMPLETION OF JOINING

FORMALITIES

1. Original final degree or provisional degree certificate(s) showing the class /

division awarded by the University or Institute together with the documents/
Marks sheets showing aggregate percentage of marks obtained i.r.o. graduate and
post graduate degree.

2. Original or provisional certificate(s) showing the class / division awarded by the

Institute or Board/ Council together with the documents/ Marks sheets showing
aggregate percentage of marks obtained i.r.o. Matric and Intermediate level.

3. The original and one true copy (duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of
your Institute) of the certificate in support of your age.

4. The original and one true copy of your Photo Identity card /PAN Card

5. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates)/PwD Certificate in

the prescribed format duly signed by the appropriate authority. Latest OBC
(NCL) certificate in the format of Govt. of India in case of OBC candidates
alongwith OBC Declaration form. (Download format from important formats

6. Three recent passport size photographs duly attested by Gazetted Officer on the
back side of the photograph.

7. Documents related to Experience

a) Present Employment
Experience certificate from the present employment, if any, indicating Pay wise/
level wise/ Designation wise service details with period of service and area/
nature of experience. Pay scale is required to be indicated in respect of PSU/Govt.
employees or Pay emoluments in respect of private sector i.r.o. corresponding period
of service. (Original & self attested photocopies)
b) Previous Employment, if any
Experience certificate i.r.o. previous employment, if any, indicating Pay wise/ level
wise/ Designation wise service details with period of service and area / nature of
experience. Pay scale is required to be indicated in respect of PSU/Govt. employees
or Pay emoluments in respect of private sector i.r.o. corresponding period of service.

c) Relieving order from present employer
d) Latest Pay certificate in support of proof of pay (in case of pay slips the same
should be duly certified by the employer).
 8. Character certificates from two different persons not related to you from amongst
the following

i) Gazetted Officer of Central or State Government.

ii) Members of Parliament / State Legislature or Municipal Bodies.
iii) District Magistrate or Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
iv) Tahsildar or Deputy Tahsildar.

9. Four sets of Attestation Forms with photographs affixed at appropriate places

along with four sets of Identity Certificates in original
10. Copy of the offer letter alongwith terms & conditions of Appointment duly
signed on each page as a token of acceptance.
11. Any document for which undertaking was given by you at the time of interview
12. Any other certificate / documents in support of relaxation availed if any.
13. The following proforma, will be filled up at the time of completion of
joining formalities.

i) Declaration regarding marital status

ii) Declaration regarding employment of spouse or dependents in foreign
mission / organization.
iii) Declaration regarding relationship with POWERGRID Board of
Directors.
iv) Declaration to be furnished by Central Govt. / Public Sector employees.
v) Declaration regarding immovable property.
vi) Declaration regarding movable property.
vii) Declaration regarding nomination for Gratuity Fund Trust
a) Form “A”
b) Form “B”
viii) Form of appointment of Beneficiary / Beneficiaries under Group
Insurance Scheme.
x) Declaration-cum-nomination for POWERGRID self-contributory
Superannuation Benefit (Pension) Fund.
xi) Nomination and Declaration form under the Employees’ Provident
Funds & Employees Pension Scheme - 1995
xii) Declaration regarding Permanent Address.
xiii) Declaration regarding dependents for the purpose of LTC.
xiv) Declaration regarding dependents for the purpose of Medical treatment.
xv) Declaration on property under Lokayukta Act
