Control Centre 8.1.22 Bay, Tele-control & Control Blocking Bay and tele-control blocking is implemented in the substation automation system. Ifthe bay blockage is set, the information flow between the [ED’s and the substation automation system will be blocked in the monitoring and control directions along with control (e.g. used for maintenance or test work in a bay). Bay blockage will be set device orientated. If the tele-control blockage is set, the information flow between the substation automation systems to the control centre will be suppressed. Tele-control blockage will be set device oriented and set channel specifically. Thereby it will be possible to select particular control centres.
