BUSINESS PLAN

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ABC store is a online book store that is located in DHA, Karachi. We conducted a small survey
and we came across to the conclusion that DHA is the right place to launch our store. We are in
this business to make profit at the same time give our customers value for their money and
time. We want to give people who shop at our book store the opportunity to choose from a
wide range of books and stationeries. In addition, students will be able to sell their old text
books that were in good condition.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED BUSINESS


 What will your proposed company do? Will it be a manufacturer, a retailer or a service
provider?
We’ll serve as a service provider. We will serve as a business provider online course,
uniform and stationary things for the students.

 What goods or services it provide?


Our online business will provide online course, uniform, stationary and all the school
things which students will need at the customers door step with just some clicks.

• Who will be your main customers?


Our main costumer will be parents of students who are educated and know how to
contact with us.
• How will your goods or services be sold?
We will sell our services online. Costumers will have to just visit our website and pick up
the things which they want.

 Where will your business be located?


Our head office will be located near DHA Phase 2 Karachi which will be very convenient
for our employees.

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS
We will have a small and newly formed business. We will purchase goods and resale to our costumer at
their door step so we don’t have any industry.

We are going to start a small business so we will not have any industry and we will a local business so
we will not deals in Dollars.

DELIVERY (no brainer opportunity): Through delivery costumers get their products on their door steps.

E-LEARNING: Learning technology through internet is a great opportunity.

DISCOUNT OFFER: Discount is another important opportunity to stable are costumers.

NO COMPETITORS: There is no one who is starting this business.

THREATS:
NEW COMPETIOTR: If new competitors enters in market so it will be a great threat for us

RETAILER PROBLEMS: If retailer will not give us product on time or changing in price will be a major
threat.

NEWLY INTRODUCED REGULATIONS:

INTERNET SECURITY: such as fraud and hacking.
