1.1 CEMENTING UNIT

BIDDER to provide a detailed description of the proposed cementing unit and associated equipment, as specified here and in Scope of Work, and any
other equipment Contractor deems to be necessary to perform the above services.(Please also submit product technical data sheets and other
Cement Pumping Unit
A. Diesel driven twin triplex unit for simultaneous mixing and down-hole pumping or parallel down-hole pumping,
incorporating a suitably sized fluid end to give the unit a 15,000 psi working pressure rating.
B. The unit must be capable of pumping (both pumps) at rates from 0.25 bpm to 16 bpm, and at least 4 bpm at
1.1.1 5000psi (Bidder to provide pump performance curves)
C. The power end to have appropriate sound proofing.
D. Two (2) 10 bbl displacement tanks.
E. HP manifold. All high-pressure lines, valves and related Chiksan shall be rated to 15,000 psi working pressure
and shall include pressure relief valves.

Mixing System
A. Skid mounted or integral (w/pump skid or truck) re-circulating type mixing system complete with mixing and
holding compartments, of 15 bbl minimum capacity .
B. Integral densitometer (s) and flow meter (s)
1.1.2 C. Automatic density control -computerized density control while mixing, within 0.1 ppg of desired density with the
aid of an in-line densitometer.
D. Mixing consistently on the fly of cement slurries at 11.0 PPG – 18.0 PPG
E. Slurry mixing rate at up to at least 8 bpm
F. Manual back-up system of mixing

Data Acquisition System

To be incorporated into the overall mixing and pumping system to provide continuous monitoring and recording of
1.1.3 pressure, flow rate, density (mixing & down-hole) and cumulative volume. In addition to being electronically stored
the data should be displayed continuously in both a digital and graphical format.
Pipes, connections, valves & hoses
A. HP pipework and hoses and bulk hoses to connect all Contractor's equipment as necessary.
B. Chiksan swings, lo-torque valves, Tee's, connections, crossovers, etc. as may be required on the rig floor, or
1.1.5 elsewhere on the Drilling RIG in the performance of the Services. All this equipment shall be rated to 10,000 psi
working pressure, have valid certification, and suitable safety retaining clamps & wires.

1.3 BATCH MIXER(S) on call-out basis

BIDDER to provide a detailed description of the proposed call-out Batch Mixing Unit(s) and associated equipment.
Diesel driven.Available in at least two size ranges, 100 bbl and 150-200 bbl. Dual compartment, equipped with
agitators, circulation and mixing system. Mixing directly into either side of the batch tank should be possible, and it
1.3.1 should be possible to mix from big bags into the batch tank through a mixing system. Suitable for small volume
liner jobs, cement plugs, Lost Circulation pills, Spacers and miscellaneous jobs. Complete with all hoses and
connections .

to foam cementing equipment ,crane, centrifugal pump, steady flow separator ,proper cement/water sample
containers, laboratory testing equipment, crossovers for all API and special threaded casing used by company,
wellhead connections and transport for contractor equipment and materials.

CONTRACTOR MAY ADD ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT OR MATIREAL NEEDED TO PERFORM JOB SUCCESSFULLY UNDER THIS CONTRACT
