Do I need to have a driving license or any official documents to use my EeVe on the road?

No, our scooters do not warrant any official papers or license issue by the road authorities.

Do I need a registration (RTO) of my EeVe Scooter?

If the vehicle power is below 250 Watts, No registration is required under the motor vehicle
act, 1988, GSR 589 E dated 16.09.2005 Exemption Criteria.

How long does it take to recharge the battery of my EeVe?

It will take about 6-7 Hrs for lead-acid battery &4 to 5 hour for li-ion battery.

Can I wash my EeVe with water?

Yes, you can wash your EeVe scooter with water but NO high pressure should be used.

Can I retrofit any other motor or battery or modify my EeVe-Scooter?

No, you cannot do this type of modification on EeVe-Scooter.

Can I ride my EeVe-Scooter in the monsoons?

Yes, you can ride your e-vehicle in monsoon. You have to take some precautions like you
should not ride in deep water. After riding, the vehicle should be parked in a dry place or
under covered place. After the ride, make sure the vehicle and components are kept dry.

How often does this need servicing?

Your EeVe scooters are maintenance free but still You need to visit and take care of your
EeVe Scooter periodically as per the User Manual given to you to ensure warranty Coverage
in the Components.
What sort of charging point do I need to recharge my EeVe scooter ? Can I recharge it

anywhere ?
You can recharge your EeVe scooters where ever you can plug in your mobile charger having
220Volt

Is there any age limit for using the scooters ?

16 years and above

Can I charge my Eeve Scooter if I stay on the 1st Floor?

Yes, you can if it is a LI Battery as it is with detachable Battery

Does my scooter come with a user manual?

Yes, EeVe Scooters come with Owner’s manual, which gives you all information related to
the vehicle use, ride, safety, service & warranty.

Can I resell these scooters without any official documents or transfer of ownership receipt?

Well, yes you can.

At What inclination I can ride My EeVe Scooter?

You can ride your EeVe scooter till Inclination of 8-10 degree

What is the weight of the vehicle?

You EeVe scooter will be in between 60-90Kg depending on the Model ( we have 4 Models)

What is the Payload Capacity of my EeVe Scooter?

You can ride your EeVe scooter upto 140Kg .
