Witness: ARNULFO TABAMO (accused)

The testimony of the witness is offered to prove that:

 Accused Arnulfo Tabamo was attacked and confronted by Danny Lisondra while carrying a pack of sayote after
their harvest on February 9, 2013;
 Despite being provoked by Danny Lisondra by reason of such incident, accused remained calm
 Accused never defamed private complainant Danny Lisondra by accusing him of stealing the sayote vegetable
planted by herein accused
 He will also testify to other related matters
