This course will introduce you to the use of information technology in the
business environment. You will:
• learn how to use information technology in a work environment,
• perform electronic research,
• communicate electronically,
• and use common business software.

You will also explore possible future occupations in information technology.

Classroom Expectations
• Notes may be typed however, you must print notes immediately after the
lesson to place in your notebook. Every student is responsible for
recording their OWN notes!

• Laptops are not to be used in our lab.

• Backpacks are not permitted in the lab unless they can be safely stowed at
the front of the room.

• No food or drinks are permitted in the lab with the exception of a water
bottle.

• Cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned off during lessons
and work periods.

Who Am I? Movie Maker Assignment
 
Instructions:
Create a 2-3 minute movie that describes you to the teacher and
your classmates using Windows Movie Maker.

Select a minimum of 5 pieces of information, try to balance your

choices.

Your movie should include a title slide and credits, different

transitions, title overlays (text), pictures, and music of your
choice.
