With financial health being a vital indicator of the success of an organization,

financial management has become a key activity of any economic venture. This ha
s always propelled me to work towards a career in finance and step into the corp
orate finance world as an able manager contributing to the growth of the organiz
ation.
As the first step towards my goal, I am currently pursuing B.Com(Hons) from Delh
i University and with dedication and hardwork was also able to secure top ranks
in the University. Not only did I strive to obtain as much academic knowledge as
I could within the classroom wall, an active participation in various extra cur
ricular activities also helped me in inculcating the qualities of discipline, le
adership and teamwork.
An MBA in finance would certainly help me in polishing and enhancing the skills
acquired and by all odds also in inculcating the ones necessary for being an eff
icient manager. FMS being a pioneer institute with excellent industry interface
and highly accomplished pedagogy would definitely act as a catalyst thus help me
in realising my dreams.
My penchant for computers & my inclination to work in management sector have enc
ouraged me to pursue a career that will help me combine these two intrests. My d
ream is to become a top manager in an IT based organization.
To achieve this I pursued computer engineering to attain technical cognizance. M
y academics taught me importance of discipline, moral values and personal commun
ication & working for 4 years as an employee in an IT company taught me teamwork
, management skills and interpersonal skills.Pursuing management studies will he
lp in refining these skills, understand the importance of decision-making, analy
sis,interpersonal relationships and applying them to real life situations.
Also, the fellow student base which FMS has is one of the best in country. All
of these factors makes FMS an ideal choice to pursue my goals.
In today's fast paced world, where technology is racing ahead of times One is bo
und to lose his identity in the maddening crowd if he does not grab an opportuni
ty to prove his worth. I hence aspire to be a part of
a growing organization that can adapt swiftly to a global changing environment a
nd engineer positive changes providing me a path to shine amongst the crowd of t
he commoners.

During my Btech in XXXX , I was part of organizing different national levels int
er college events, leading activities of different clubs there. I along with my
friends initiated different new forums made it big success. I think during this
period I realized the art of leadership, the pleasure in decision making and see
dream becoming a reality with dedication and team-work.
During the three years of work experience I managed different customer and inter
nal projects, was responsible for mentoring and motivating new team members etc.
I was part of a new team, where we were responsible for the conceiving and deve
lopment of a new product for the video surveillance market.
My experiences during my college life and professional life have helped me reali
zing my passion of becoming an entrepreneur and I decided to take steps towards
realizing that dream.
