WJO Management of Change (MOC) Change Deliverables For Closing

MOC Change Deliverables are the results or output that is derived from technical and professional
processes, such as studies and surveys, and includes Functional Review output, and findings and
recommendations for Operational Readiness Reviews and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews and Process Safety
Information.

The purpose of Change Deliverables is to ensure that those who actually perform the change and those
who verify that the change is completed have received the findings and recommendations from the
originating Functional Review(s) and are well informed about the change.
Examples of Change Deliverables (Including but not limited to the following)
·         Functional Review output: Functional Review findings and
recommendations
·         Specific recommendations from the Operational Readiness Review
and/or Pre-Startup Safety Review (ORR and PSSR)
·         Technical studies or surveys or work packages
·         New procedures or procedures from other functions (engineering,
maintenance or construction)
·         Process Safety Information Updating
·         Training Plan
·         Communication Plan
