To define a customized doc type:Domain-->Other

non-standard field-->Add as table/repeated section

Step 1: Navigate to learning instance page and click new instance.


Step 2: On the new instance page provide:
-Instance name
-Domain or doc type(standard or custom)
-Primary language of files
-Sample set of documents
-Specify the form and table fields and repeated sections required for
extraction
-Click create instance and analyze
Step 3:On the instance details page, click edit to:
-Update instance description
-Upload additional documents
-Include new form fields,table fields or repeated sections.

Training a bot:

Step 1:Navigate to learning instances page.


Click the instance name or view details icon.
Click create bot/Edit bot.

Step 2:On designer:


Click through all fields and table columns.
Map the unmapped fields and correct any erroneous mapping.
1.Select appropriate datatypes.
2.Use aliases if needed.
3.Specify if the field is required or optional.
4.Set Validation rules,if applicable.
Click see extraction results button.

Step 3:On Results interface page:


Verify all captured data
Fix the issues if any,by returning to designer and performing more training
Export captured data to CSV, if needed.

Step 4:Return to designer and save the training.

Performing Production Processing:

Validator:

To correct an erroneous field in the validator-->Review the corresponding field in


document.

Marking documents as invalid:

During validation, we may encounter documents that cannot be processed due to


incorrect classification or some
unmet conditions.

Ex:Value for closing balance,required field is missing-->we can flag such documents
as invalid.To do this,
click the mark as invalid button.

select the appropriate reason in the confirmation window and click mark as invalid
button.If we want to skip
document without errors,click skip to next file link.Skipped files are retained in
the validator until they
are dealth with it.
So it is recommended to validate,all the documents in the queue.
Once all documents are validated and saved,we will see a message stating an empty
queue.

Cases:(Mark as invalid)
When the document is incorrectly classified.(mismatched field or language)
When the data for required field is missing.
When the data for required field cannot be deciphered.

Not Processed folder:Files with layouts that have not been trained.
Success:To check if data from documents we corrected during validation have been
extracted.

Step 1:Go to learning instance page-->click the launch validator icon for an
instance.
Step 2:On Validator interface:
Select each field marked in red.
Enter the correct data.
Click save current document to save changes.
Click mark as invalid button to mark documents as invalid.
Review the output folders for changes.
Step 3:On the IQBot portal:
Go to dashboard page
Monitor progress of learning instances in two areas:
-My Totals
-My Learning Instances
