My Reaction Paper

On the Job Traning(OJT), for me it is a training to person to prepared

him/herself to the task that will give to. OJT is not the easy one to not
taking seriously, it is the thing if that person will suit and ready for the near
future job. Training it is called training for preparing, preparing a person
which he/she align to that course.

I take the OJT in the LGU company in Barangay Calumpang,

General Santos City were i've been taking the Duty in the "Lupong
Tagapamayapa" office, it is hard for me because I’m a ABM student that
my strand is too far for the training but I manage to adopt the environment
so that i could adjust to myself.

Once you entered the office you didn't know where to start to work
because you don’t know which and where you start. Only the strength of
yourself and self-esteem so that you can handle your duty, you should
know how to communicate to others employee so that you learn and apply
it. Being you self is so important to show what is the real you. You should
trust them so that the trust that you’ve given to them will have also trust to
return to you.

I’ve been giving 80 hours to complete the task, in that few hours that
has given to me I enjoy and learn more, even the biggest problem will solve
in the way calm talking and the give both sides the statement so that the
argue will vanish and turn into handshake. I have many cases that
encounters that problems of the people have been reportedto the office so
that the respondent and complainant will end to the amicable statement
paper that signifies that they are been solved and have a agreement so
that they can start a new beginning and the problem will leave in the past.

I’m thankful for the people who manage to welcome me, and trust me
that I can do it properly, that even I’m the youngest one they believe me
that I can contribute a help. Preparing myself for the future has been slowly
develop because of things that I encounterd. Ive learned that be yourself
and believe in your self that you can do more than they expect.
