Dear Sir,

No joining format has been given to me by the concerned ASM. I have worked for about 20 days. Only because of delay in
Salary I was not able to attend the meeting that has been conducted on 3rd December 2019. Because of that action I
have been rejected by Sunil sir from his team. No official declaration has been given. The what's app group
communication will show my work report.

 The what's app communication has been attached. 

When I called NSM for delay in releasing salary he told a joining format is missing, so you  won't be receiving your salary. 

Offer letter has been signed and send to the concerned at that time itself. 

Another pathetic issue is Salary has not been furnished to me in the offer letter. Kindly do the needful and let me know
what is my CTC?. 

Expenses sheet format to claim the expenses has not been given.

Every what's app communication work report has been saved and if required I will share the same with you. Also the
audio record of ASM Mr.Sunil sir's reply , when I inquired about salary has also attached. 

Kindly let me know the resolution @ it's earliest.
