Please note that salary of any employee can be processed only after completing the joining formalities and followed by
preparation of the appointment letter. We require the following documents to prepare the appointment letter :

1. Completed employment form

2. Photocopies of educational and employment certificates
3. Photocopy of PAN card, Aadhar card
4. 2 photographs
5. Cancelled cheque leaf/photocopy of bank passbook
