DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CYNTHIA MAICO ANGCAY, of legal age, Filipino,

single, and a resident of 50-F Midway St., Forest Hills Subd.,
Brgy. Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City (VENDOR), for and in
consideration of the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS(Php 100,000.00), paid to me by ROMULO ORING
OJEDA JR., Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of
Burgos St., Brgy. Nalibunan, Abuyog, Leyte Philippines
(VENDEES;

, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally unto said
Vendees a parcel of land, situated in Brgy. Nalibunan, Abuyog, Leyte, Philippines and
more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land , situated in the Barrio of Nalibunan,

Abuyog, Leyte, Philippines. Bounded on the North by Alejo
Altejar; on the South by Ambrocia Leboga; on the West by P.
Burgos St. and on the East by Share of Consorcia Juatas and
Zenaida Juatas with an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO
and 48/100 SQUARE METERS(222.48 SQ. M.) more or less.

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the above-described parcel of land

specifically described above and that the VENDOR hereby undertake that she, her heirs,
successors and assigns shall warrant and defend the title to the real property subject of
this Deed against all claims of all persons or entities. The VENDOR also guarantees the
right of the VENDEE to take possession of the property subject of this agreement upon the
signing and execution of this instrument and will defend the latter against all judicial or
administrative actions for eviction.
