In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in reference
1st read above and in pursuance of the BRO issued in reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord
administrative sanction to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, for an amount of Rs.31,44,000/-
(Rupees Thirty one lakh forty four thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and
quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an
appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2019-20 for implementation of National Mission for Sustainable
Agriculture – Soil Health Card Scheme.
