Offer Letter

Dear Dharmendra Singh,

We are pleased to offer you contractual employment for three months for the position of
Promoter at Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.

We expect you to join as early as possible but not later than 9th September 2019, beyond
which this offer would stand ipso facto null and void.

Details of your compensation package are mentioned in Annexure 1.

Your compensation package is highly confidential and disclosure of the same may lead to
disciplinary action including withdrawal of offer/termination of employment.

This offer is subject to satisfactory clearance of the reference checks and joining formalities
as mentioned in Annexure 2. You are required to submit all documents mentioned in
Annexure 3 on the date of joining. On joining, you will be liable to conform to the Company’s
policies and general work practice and your notice period on resignation will be fifteen (15)
days. A detailed employment contract will be issued within one month from the date of
joining.

This offer is subject to satisfactory clearance of reference checks and joining formalities as mentioned
below.
Please email copies of the following documents within a week of acceptance of this offer:

  Copy of all your educational certificates & mark sheets


  Salary slips for last 6 months
  Bank statements mentioning last 6 months’ salary credit
  Resignation letter along with acceptance of the same from the current employer
  Experience certificate from all previous employers
  PAN & Aadhaar card copies
 Address proofs (both temporary & permanent) such as driving license, passport or any other
government approved documents

Annexure 3

At the time of joining, please bring the following:

  4 passport size photographs


  Relieving certificate from last company
  Cancelled cheque for credit of salary to your bank account
 Originals of all the documents sent earlier in soft copy as per Annexure 2
