● I hereby agree that cancellation of the trip due to reasons beyond the control
of the organizer/school may entail no refund or low return, depending on the
situation.
● I understand that this trip will be supervised by members of the school faculty
in collaboration with the Service Provider and that all reasonable safety precautions
will be followed. I will not hold the school responsible for any circumstance beyond
its control.
● I will drop my ward on 16th November 2019 at L.F.I.S, Kabir Nagar at

2:30a.m.

● I will collect my ward on 18th November 2019 from L.F.I.S, Kabir Nagar
