1. Introduction
A payroll system involves everything that has to do with the payment of employees and the filing
of employment taxes. This includes keeping track of hours, calculating wages, withholding taxes
and other deductions, printing and delivering checks and paying employment taxes to the
government. The payroll system starts when a company hires its first employee. In the United
States, every new employee must be reported to the state along with a completed W-4 tax form.
The W-4 determines how many allowances the employee qualifies for when calculating the federal
income tax that should be withheld from each check. Generally, the more dependents you have,
the less income tax you have to pay.

Motivation and objectives:

This complaint register portal has different motivational aspects which are explained below:
 The project is web base and consists of about some modules. The HR able to register new
employee of a specific department which provides different update features about accounts
to enroll employee
 The second module is for complete pupation of employee records, their expenses, their
scales and also their personal information which they provided in department.
 Thirds and final module is to provide messaging basic concept is to notify employee about
the alteration and updating of employees.

Scope of the project


 Recurring payroll services:
1. Gross pay calculation (basic salary, wage supplements, occasional payments, cost
reimbursements, etc.).
2. Calculation of payroll related taxes and contributions.
3. Recording and processing of garnishments [NO SUCH WORD IN ENGLISH DO YOU
MEAN DISBURSEMENTS] and other deductions.
4. Preparation of payroll slips and other outputs broken down by employees or by cost
centers for managerial and operational use.
5. Data recording and processing in connection with voluntary pension and health
insurance funds, reporting to the pension funds.
6. Recording of wage and labor-related data (registration of personnel information,
holiday and sick leave balances).
7. Providing data and information for posting into the General Ledger.
8. Data reports and certificates related to payroll processing (to the tax and social
security authorities, the Statistical Office, etc.).
 Full range of Social Insurance management
 Tasks related to new comers and departing employees
 Annual services connected to payroll processing and social security administration
 Preparation and submission of tax declarations
 Payroll disbursement services:

 Movement of all payments, calculated during the pay processing cycle (net salary, tax,
social security, etc.).
 Specified data reports for the Client's accounting.
 Other services upon separate written request including:
1. Cafeteria management.
2. Tax advisory.
3. Labor management.

Description
The Payroll Management System deals with the financial aspects of employee's salary, allowances,
deductions, gross pay, net pay etc. and generation of pay-slips for a specific period. The
outstanding benefit of Payroll Management System is its easy implementation. Other advantages
of Payroll Management System are its extensive features and reports.
