1.　Items and Materials

Refer to the attached Equipment LIST（Doc.No.: IDNHPT-PTT-EL-003）.

2.　Scope

3.　Code and Standard

International codes and standards specified in specification shall be applied as a part of this
Specification.
 Code and Standard: JIS, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, IEC, NEC, NEMA, NFPA, OSHA, UL.
 Unit: Basically, the SI unit shall be applied but Metric system shall be used for weight or
power.
(i.e. weight ; kg, t t ; metric ton)

4.　Guarantee
If any failures are found before twelve (12) months from the date after completion of Performance
Tests, Vendor shall promptly make good or renew such Defects or remedy the Defects at its own cost
and expense to the satisfaction of the Client.
Vendor warrants and guarantees that all the Material supplied shall conform to the requirements of
all applicable laws and codes, product liability laws, safety measures and warning indication.
Warning shall be also shown on operation manual.

5.　Installation
　Anchor bolts/nuts shall be provided by vendor, which will be installed in concrete foundation.
Bolt-dia., length and material shall be considered by vendor.

6.　Paint
Carbon Steel Portion : Painting to be applied as per attached Engineering Specification For
Painting.
Vendor shall provide touch-up paint with the mentioned above.

7.　Test and Inspection

Vendor shall perform test and inspections at his shop as specifi ed by Vendor’s standard. Vendor
shall submit their standard for Purchaser’s approval and report for result of test and inspection (Test
and Inspection Report).

 Test and Inspection Report shall be submitted within 3days after the date of completion of
Test and Inspection.

8.　 Packing and Protection

 Every equipment shall be marked clearly weight and dimensions, and lift up point (in case
of heavy weight).
 All Material shall be cleaned up, dry and free from all defects prior to packing.
Electrical device shall be protected by waterproof.
 Packing List (item No., item name, packing style, material and dimension of package,
weight, quantity) shall be submitted before shipment.
 Opening port shall be covered to prevent any foreign materials from entering to inside of
equipment.
 Preventive material inside of equipment (i.e. N2 seal, desiccant, etc) shall be indicated on
the equipment and list if provided.

9.　Submission of Documents
1) Approval for Design
Vendor shall submit specification of supply equipment. Vendor shall not start fabrication at
their factory without approval by Customer and/or Purchaser.
2) The following number of copies shall be submitted in principle.
Supply Equipments Data 4 copies (Customer 2 copies, HPT 1 copy, Return to Vendor 1 copy)
Test and Inspection Report 4 copies (1 original and 3 copies)
Record Documents 4 copies (Customer 2 copies, HPT 2 copies)
1 Auto CAD data file for all drawings
3) Vendor shall submit Minute of Meeting in each Meeting between HPT and Vendor.
4) Lifetime for spare parts shall be mentioned on spare parts list.
5) Vendor shall submit any documents as specified in this Specification within the date HPT
required.
6) Operation manual shall be revised correctly and submit to HPT, if HPT find any conflict,
faults under pre-commissioning and commissioning.
7) Vendor shall submit additional documents where HPT and Vendor for discuss about additional
requirements and mutually agreed items are mentioned.
8) Language in all documents and drawings submitted shall be written in English.
9) Vendor shall submit deviation list.
Otherwise, all the Vendor’s specifications are deemed to meet the Purchaser’s specifications.

10. Vendor Supervisor

Vendor’s scope of supply shall include field supervision service during construction and pre-
commissioning. Vendor shall submit the breakdown the per day rate, anticipated number of
supervisor and duration.

11. Spare Parts

If spare parts shall be needed within pre-commissioning, Vendor shall submit the quotation with a
list. The spare parts shall be packed in an exclusive box with the parts list.

12. Special Note

 All sharp edges shall be rounded to 3mm minimum radius.
 Equipment design shall be considered the operability.
 Accessory: Item, description, number of quantity shall be shown in the list.
 Vendor shall submit the preservation procedure and/or plan, if required.
 In case that any products might be restricted subject to Regulation of origin country,
International Export Control Regime, vendor shall obtain properly authorized permission for
export materials by own responsibility.
 Vendor’ s scope of supply shall include ;
1 Lifting lugs
2 Earth lugs
3 Anchor bolts & nuts
4 Name plate

 Vendor shall provide the first filling of lubricant to be separately in a container.

 Safety cover for Pumps shall be designed and installed.

13. Specification
1) Vendor shall provide explosion-proof equipment/instruments/parts etc. which is applicable for the
following Hazardous Area Classification.
