Treatment Network

Central Florida, represented the principals of Alpine Academy and Interventions Unlimited as they
partnered their ABA school and therapy center with The Family Treatment Network. Alpine Academy
and Interventions Unlimited are leaders in the Central Florida ABA community. The Family Treatment
Network is a national provider of ABA therapy and was established by Pharos Capital Group, a
healthcare private equity firm. ForsterBoughman attorneys Kathryn P. Jones, Gary A. Forster and Paige
L. Minch handled the deal with assistance of attorney Eric C. Boughman on medical and technology
transfer issues.

Jing Zhou, who founded Interventions Unlimited and Alpine Academy, will remain with the
organizations, as CEO and continue to lead their growth.
