In our school, we always have CONVERSATION before the class starts. We reminded each

Also, we do have monthly faculty meeting with the principal and discuss any concerns from the
parents, teachers and the students.

7. How is your relationship with the parent – im doing the TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION with
the parents because I know it is important.

FIRST is to check the student and then give the INITIAL TREATMENT
SECOND is to tell the principal what happened
THIRD is to inform the parents and tell what really happened.

10. STRENTH is that I care so deeply about the safety, progress of the children either they are low
or high in academic or came from a low income family or a wealthy family.
Also I always love them to feel to be in school that’s why I am always doing my best for them
to enjoy schooling and to be with me everyday.

WEAKNESS My hand writing, maybe because nowadays teachers are always allowed to pass
a computerized documents, but I always make sure every day I write at least 30 sentences.
SHY TYPE person, but I always overcome this because I know if I don’t deal with it, it will not
help me to communicate well and talk to the parents well.

Why do you want to teach in SG?

I want to teach in SG because I have been hearing a lot of positive things when it comes to the quality
of education. With that saying, I can be able to expand my current teaching experiences earned in the
Philippines. Spending more than 8 years of teaching in the primary level, I am capable to contribute to
the teaching and learning development of the students in Singapore.
im also looking for more challenging teaching and learning environment especially having a diversed
set of students in SG.

Why do you want to leave your current school.

I’m looking for a more challenging environment where i can utilize my skills and knowledge in
teaching.
