Re: Offer of Employment

Dear Rajeev,

On behalf of Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited (the “Company”), We are very pleased to offer you the position of a
“AR Analyst”. The position is based at Hyderabad. This letter outlines the basic terms of our offer which remains subject to mutual
agreement on the terms of the employment agreements referenced below. This offer is contingent on a candidature reference and
background check done by us.

Start Date and Salary

Unless we mutually agree otherwise in writing, you will commence employment on 1-August-2011 (the “Start Date”). Your starting
salary will be Rs. 250,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs fifty Thousand Only) annualized, payable in accordance with the Company’s
standard payroll practice and subject to applicable withholding taxes. Your base salary is inclusive of both the employer`s and
the employee`s Provident Fund contributions. Your salary will compensate you for all hours worked. If your hire date is prior to
October 1 of the current year, you will be eligible for a performance assessment and salary adjustment in the next calendar
year. Ordinarily this process occurs each April.

Employment Agreement and Confidentiality, Noncompetition and Invention Assignment Agreement

If you accept this offer, your employment will be conditional on, and subject to, the terms of a written employment agreement to be
concluded between you and the Company (the “Employment Agreement”), as well as the the Company’s Confidentiality,
Noncompetition and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “NDA”).You should know that the NDA will significantly restrict your
future flexibility in many ways. For example, you will be unable to seek or accept certain employment opportunities for a period of
up to 12 months after you leave the Company. Please review the Employment Agreement and NDA carefully and, if appropriate, have
your attorney review it as well.

If you wish to accept employment with the Company, please indicate so by signing both copies of this letter, retaining one for your
files. This offer and all terms of employment stated in this letter will expire if you have not returned a signed copy of this letter by
29-June-2011 along with the NDA delivered to you. If you intend to start your employment within five days of receiving this offer,
please contact me immediately.

We are very excited about the possibility of you joining us. I hope that you will accept this offer and look forward to a productive and
mutually beneficial working relationship. Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you about any of the matters outlined
in this letter.
