AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 42 DATED JULY 5,

1954 AND THE SERIES OF PERTINENT SUBSEQUENT
PROCLAMATIONS, BY TRANSFERRING THE
ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PORTIONS
OF QUEZON PARK RESERVATION, SPECIFICALLY
PORTIONS OF R.P. LOT NOS. 3-B-4-B-1-B-4-D AND 3-B-3-
A-1-B-3-B-2 FROM THE PARKS AND WILDLIFE BUREAU
(FORMERLY PARKS AND WILDLIFE OFFICE),
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL
RESOURCES, TO THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY,
RESERVING THE SAME FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICE
SITES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment

and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in
me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, President
of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend
Proclamation No. 42 dated July 5, 1954 and the series of
pertinent subsequent proclamations, transferring the
administrative jurisdiction, control, management, development
and disposition of portions of R.P. Lot Nos. 3-B-4-B-1-B-4-D
and 3-B-3-A-1-B-3-B-2, which form part of the Quezon
Memorial Park Reservation at North Triangle Subdivision and
East Triangle subdivision, respectively, from the Parks and
Wildlife Bureau (formerly Parks and Wildlife Office),
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)
to the National Housing Authority (NHA), which portions are,
subject to final survey, more or less generally identified as
follows:

A parcel of land being a portion of Lot RP-3-B-4-B-1-B-4-B-1-

B-4-D, Bsd-22019 situated in North Triangle Subdivision,
Diliman, Quezon City, bounded on the SE., by DENR-NCR
Nursery Site (remaining portion of Lot RP-3-B-4-B-1-B-4-D,
Bsd-22019), on the SW., by Philippine Science High School
Compound; on the NW., by Agham Road and on the NE., by
North Avenue, containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE (11,471) square meters,
more or less, subject to final survey.

Titled to: National Housing Authority

A parcel of land being a portion of Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-3-B-2,

Bsd-22015 situated in East Triangle Subdivision, Diliman,
Quezon City. Bounded on the SW., by BIR Road; on the NW.,
by Quezon Avenue; on the NE., by Lung Center of the
Philippines and on the SE., by remaining portion of Lot RP-3-
B-3-A-1-B-3-B-2, Bsd-22015 (DENR-NCR and LLDA Office
site) and PAGASA Compound containing an area of FIFTY
THOUSAND (50,000) square meters more or less, subject to
final survey.

The same shall be reserved for government office sites, of

which the proceeds from the development and disposition
thereof shall finance the much needed revenue for the
socialized housing program of the government.

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines, to be
affixed.
