SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC)

ENGLISH DEPARTMENT

On July 22, 2019, Mrs. Arestia Sadaya, our school English Coordinator , told us,
English teachers to meet on July 30,2019 for the School Learning Action Cell
assembly in School Learning Center at 8:30 in the morning.

Mrs. Aileen Angelie J. Cabangon, Mrs. Rohama V. Cabaluna, Miss Charry A Lañas and
Mrs. Arestia G. Sadaya covened for the 1st SLAC on July 30, 2019 in our School
Learning Center at 9:00 in the morning.

Agenda discussed were the following:

1. Feedback on 1st Periodical Test Questions. Everyone has prepared the questions
with Table of Specifications. Only slight changes were decided to be made about the
TOS.

2. Agree on final copy submission. Agreed to send soft and hard copies of
questionnaire with TOS today after reviewing and correcting them.

3. Concerns on the Coverage. Almost all the coverage were done. Only about 5-10 %
are to be carried out yet in a week and a day after the meeting.

4. ORVT feedback. Teachers began doing the ORVT and came up to make our own
guide as to how the reader is to be evaluated. Mrs. Cabangon promised to prepare the
said template. Submission of ORVT results will be on Monday morning, August 5,
2019.

5. Percentage of easy, average and difficult questions. Agreed to have 50% easy, 30%
average and 20% difficult for a total of 100%.
