MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING CONDUCTED BY THE SOUTHERN LINGIG DRIVER-

OPERATOR TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION ON DECEMBER 2, 2019, AT BARANGAY GYM, PAGTILAAN,, LINGIG,
SDS AT 2: 00 PM TO 4 00 PM.

THE MEETING STARTED EXACTLY 2:00 PM.

Venue of the meeting : Barangay Gym, Pagtilaan
Interim Presider of the Meeting was Mr Arnuld Mendoza as per request by everybody present.
The meeting was called to order by Mr Mendoza.
He suggested that an attendance sheet must be served to everyone present.
An opening prayer led by Mr Bonfacio Abraham.

Mr Mendoza Read the Agenda of the meeting as follows :

1. Issues and concerns of the public transport in the Southern part of Lingig
2. The Plan to Form a Transport Group Association.
3. Other Matters

Mr Eduardo M. Delos Santos was asked to to report about their issues and concerns regarding
their sad plight in getting a proper turn in the Public Terminal in Poblacion. Lingig.

a. Remark 1
Increased numbers of tricycle operators in Lingig were so evident.
The problem of getting schedule turn for them since they are not members to Lingig
transport groups.
The Transport group refuses admission of driver operator to their association.

b. Remark 2
Poblacion Lingig Transport groups do not anymore observed their agreement to have a
boundary of trips to deliver their passenger until Poblacion only, trips from Bislig City were
directly conveyed to their southern barangays.
While the Southern transport groups deliver the passenger from their barangay to the
Poblacion Transport groups.

A common consensus was to organized another transport groups association.

THE GROUP DECIDED TO DISCUSSED ABOUT THEIR PROPOSED CONSTITUTION AND BY

LAWS AND ELECTED THEIR OFFICERS.

The Constitution was ratified and approved on the same day- December 2, 2019.

Other Matters :

To conduct immediate schedule of Oath taking of the officers on December 10, 2019.

To immediately process documents for registration to DOLE- take charge of Registration Mr Arnuld
Mendoza.

Putting up of Membership fee as early as possible to be used for the operational expenses.
There was no more to be discussed,

Meeting adjourned- 4:00 pm.
