On or about September 5, 2019, in the Southern Division of the District of Utah,

RICHARD C. DAVIS,

defendant herein, a United States Postal Service employee, did embezzle, steal, abstract

and remove mail, to wit: six (6) greeting cards, which had been entrusted to him and which

came into his possession, and were intended to be conveyed by mail, carried and delivered

by any carrier and person employed in any department of the United States Postal Service;

all in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1709.
