On behalf of President, Municipal Council, Bhiwani invites online tenders (through e-tendering system) for the
following works from the eligible L&C societies which are enlisted in appropriate class/category from PWD B&R, PHED,
Irrigation, Panchayati Raj, Marketing Board, Municipal Corporation Haryana for year 2019-20

Note: - (i) Details regarding terms & conditions including the tender documents are available on the website
http://etenders.hry.nic.in and also in office of Municipal Council, Bhiwani.
(ii) L&C societies will have to register by themselves website http://etenders.hry.nic.in.
(iii) Tenderers will have to submit hard copy of all documents i.e. copy of enlistment and all other necessary
documents as per DNIT in the office of Municipal Council, Bhiwani till before 30.01.2020 at 17:00 PM and
opening date i.e. 31.01.2020 up to 10.00 A.M. unless bid is liable to be rejected. The documents fees and EMD
will be pay only website.
(iv) Executive Engineer, M.C. Bhiwani reserves the right to Accept/Reject any tender/bid without any notice.
(v) Conditional tenders will not be entertained & are liable to be rejected.
(vi) In case the day of opening of tenders happens to be holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working
day. The time and place of receipt of tenders and other conditions will remain unchanged.
(vii) The undersigned reserve the right to reject any tender or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
(viii) The societies shall produce an attested copy of the resolution of the Co-Operative department for the issuance
of tenders.
(ix) The tender without earnest money will not be opened.
(x) The jurisdiction of court will be at BHIWANI.
(xi) As per Gazette Notification No. 407-C-72012/4487 dated 19/04/2012 and our DULB memo no.DULB/TA-
I/2015/7369 to7477 firstly tender will be opened Co-operative labour & Construction Society. In case of Co-
operative labour & Construction Society fails to take or don’t accept the work then open tender may be
invited both from the Contractor & Co- operative labour & Construction Society.
