1000 MW to the grid system located in Batang, Central Java, Indonesia. As one of independent power producer in
Indonesia, we dedicated Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology to support electricity supply in Indonesia through
strongly consider the environmental aspect.
We are now seeking for highly qualified and dynamics personal to join our Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
organization with the following position :
Stacker Reclaimer Operator (SR-OPR)
( 2 persons )
Job Description :
(Before COD/Commercial Operation Date)
• Prepare the procedures and working instruction document for the safety and reliable Coal-fired Power Plant operation &
maintenance together with relevant staff
• Cooperation and working together with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of stacker reclaimer system
(After COD/Commercial Operation Date)
• Direct operation of stacker reclaimer system and reporting abnormal condition to FHCR operator and FA controller
before taking corrective action
• Assist Fuel and Ash Controller to prepare a required document and procedure about operational stacker reclaimer
• Operate the reclaimer stacker in terms of design requirements, parameter standards, good and safe practices based on the
O & M manual
• Provide details information regarding coal mapping in coal yard (based on FHCR operator request)
• Provide accountable check sheet based on actual situation at the local including awareness to major equipment defect.
• The stacker reclaimer maneuver shall be based on his superior’s approval
• Ensure that delivery coal to silo and coal unloading production targets for the shift are achieved safely, economically,
and within the environmental limits of the Plant.
• Conduct the stacker reclaimer testing regularly to ensure system reliability.
Requirements :

Conveyor Operator (CR-OPR)

Job Description :
• Cooperation and working together with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of conveyor system
• Direct operation of conveyor system and reporting abnormal condition to FHCR operator and FA controller before
taking corrective action
• Assist FHCR Operator and Fuel and Ash Controller to prepare a required document and procedure about operational
conveyor system
• Operate the equipment from local control panel with guidance from FHCR Operator from Central Control Room in
terms of design requirements, parameter standards, good and safe practices based on the O & M manual
• Provide details information regarding conveyor system and auxiliary system (based on FHCR operator request)
• Provide accountable check sheet based on actual situation at the local including awareness to major equipment defect.
• Ensure that delivery coal to silo and coal unloading production targets for the shift are achieved safely, economically,

FHCR Operator (FHCR-OPR)

Job Description :
• Cooperation and working together with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of coal handling and jetty
facilities
• Direct operation of coal handling plant, responsible for coordination of coal, and fuel oil handling activities and
reporting abnormal condition to Coal Handling Controller before taking corrective action through DCS.
• Assist Fuel and Ash Controller to prepare a required document and procedure about coal arrival process and its shipping
document coordination with coal procurement section
• Ensuring that the coal handling plant is operated within the design requirements, parameter standards and good
operating practices based on O&M manuals.
• Ensure the execution equipment of the coal handling operators at the local are correctly maneuver through giving clear
instruction
• Ensure the placement of the coal at the coal yard are correctly reclaimed and stacked by the local S/R operators
• Provide accountable shift report on the logbook based on actual situation at the local including awareness to major
equipment defect.
• Ensure that all equipment maneuver shall be based on his superior’s approval

Fuel & Ash Controller (FAC)
( 4 persons )
Job Description :
• Cooperation with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of coal handling and jetty facilities
• Analyze the daily report from fuel and ash operators, to ensure there is no problems in coal handling plant and jetty
operation.
• Analyze problems and find the solution by coordinating with operators and engineer, to ensure minimum impact of the
trouble at coal handling and jetty facilities.
• Check and control the field situation by doing regular inspection and local observation, to ensure system and process in
the condition as reported.
• Conduct the coal handling plant and jetty areas routine testing in periodical basis to ensure system reliability
• Responsible for daily analysis of Fuel and Ash Plant and resources i.e. oil, water, coal usage and operating optimisation,
interventions & logistics, and provide the report to the superior.
• Review the procedures and instructions modifications, standard isolation instructions, incidents analyses and ad hoc
projects
• Responsible for overall operating planning implementation and control of Coal Handling plants, for the administration
of Operating and Safety Instructions, Operation Procedures and liaising with the shift staff, other departments,
contractors and individuals for the level of station output and operation of the plant.

• Using his technical knowledge to recognise plant problem areas; to undertake fault analysis and rectification; to write
technical reports; and to liaise with other departments and contractors regarding technical problems.
• Ensuring that the plant is operated within the design requirements, management directives and good operating practices.
• Ensuring that pre and post outage Coal Handling Plant recommissioning service is provided
• Ensuring that pre and post outage Coal Handling Plant recommissioning service is provided
• Where situations arisen which coal handling plant procedures do not cover and immediate action is required, he will
ensure that the plant is protected from damage, and restored as soon as possible to a safe mode recognised by plant
procedures.
• Recording and investigation of all major events, and ensuring that he is aware of all major coal handling
plant/equipment defects.
• Controlling and participating in all good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Continuously provide training, mentoring, coaching and competency testing to coal handling operation staff.
Requirements :
• Minimum Senior Technical High School (with long term experiences in coal handling operation), Diploma degree (D3)
/ Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument and Control or Science.
• Having a minimum 10 years experiences for SMK and 8 years working experience for D3 in the Coal and Ash Handling
Power Plant Industry / Coal Mining Industry
• Having knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting
• Familiar with coal handling operation and monitoring

Heavy Equipment Operator (HE-OPR)

Job Description :
• Doing commissioning works of heavy equipment unit with a vendor and make sure each of unit must be ready for
operational
• Responsible for coal bedding activities (based on instruction form contractor)
• Direct operation of heavy equipment unit to support sustainable operational activities in coal handling department and
reporting abnormal condition to FACR or FA controller before taking corrective action
• Assist Fuel and Ash Controller to prepare a required document and procedure about operational heavy equipment unit
• Heavy Equipment operator ensure implement according to the application and the correct technique. Doing push,
loading, compacting, spreading and leveling technique in accordance with procedure or work instruction
• Control and maintain spontaneous combustion in coal yard in secure condition
• Assist stacker reclaimer operator during stacking or reclaiming activities in coal yard
• Assist conveyor operator to collect coal spillage from coal handling area through heavy equipment and then transfer to
coal yard
• Operate skid steer loader to collect remaining coal inside barge and collect sludge from WWTP area
• Ensure the placement of the coal at the coal yard are correctly reclaimed and stacked by the local S/R operators
• Provide accountable check sheet report based on actual situation at the local including awareness to major equipment

Jib Crane Operator (JC-OPR)

Job Description :
• Cooperation and working together with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of jetty facilities and coal
handling system including coal bedding receiving and performance coal
• Operate, monitor and maintain direct operation jib crane, responsible for coordination of jib crane activities and provide
an abnormal report condition to Fuel and Ash Controller before taking corrective action. Report if any defect to FHCR
Operator.
• Responsible for daily maintenance inspection according to the O&M manual which include carrying out checks around
(walkdown inspection) such as inspection of lubricants, checking the current, voltage, temperature, noise, vibration in
accordance with the work instruction for any corrective action.
• Ensuring implementation of jib crane unloading operation based on a corrected technique.
• To conduct unloading works, lifting the loader and trimming in accordance with the agreed procedure.
• Daily surveillance of condition and performance of the equipment through checking sheet prior operation and process as
per condition and reported.
• The Jib Crane Operator may operate the plant or equipment subject to approval of the superior.
• Ensure that coal unloading production targets for the shift are achieved safely, economically, and within the
environmental limits.
• Conduct periodical routine testing of Jib Crane to ensure system reliability.
• Perform routine walk downs in his designated process area according to the given instructions and procedures, as well
as ensure that conditions of systems and equipment are same as reported.
Requirements :
• Senior Technical High School (SMK), Diploma degree ( D3 ) / Bachelor degree ( S1 ) Mechanical, Electrical or
Instrument and Control or Science.
• Having 5 years experiences for SMK and 2 years working experience for D3 in the Coal and Ash Handling Power Plant
Industry / Coal Mining Industry
• Having knowledge and skill to operate crane or ship unloader
• Having knowledge in electrical
• Having knowledge in mechanical (bearing system, hydraulic system, rotating equipment, lubrication system)

Lubricant Sr. Technician (LB-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :
• Conduct oil sampling and oil analysis for all equipment as per schedule and as per requisition
• Analyzing, Reporting, and give recommendation based on oil analysis result test
• Reporting for summary weekly and monthly of lubrication issues
• Keep and care lubrication tools in good quality
• Supporting maintenance activities regarding to setup oil sampling point and take oil sampling
